They did a great job explaining what they were going to do with the carpet. They answered all my questions. They left after care instructions and recommendations. We had the pleasure of meeting Sergio and Steven today who were very professional and helpful. We had a wildfire come through and there’s lots of chaos going on including parking. However, when they pulled up they were able to quickly pivot and figure out a way to park closer to our main house. They worked very diligently and explained the process to us along the way including showing us photo shots of the interior of our ducts. Afterwords, we were talking about the wildfire odor in the house and he brought up disinfectant fog spay treatment they could do and we agreed. I’m glad we tried it. I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer and thank you for trying to help us in our time of need.

And ink marks on my white carpet from a delivery of a mattress they came out and were able to completely remove it best company ever I also use them back in Cleveland always had great luck

I purchased some high end furniture at an estate sale and wanted it professionally cleaned. Stanley Steamer’s dynamic duo Mike and Caleb did an exceptional job, were extremely polite and professional and were upfront with me about certain stains and the condition of the fabric. I will definitely ask for them if needing more estate finds cleaned.

Tile cleaning was great. We had a lot of tile so took them 4 hours. My small carpet area they did not spend as much time? I have few stains missed that didn't show when carpet still wet. Was raining all day so took awhile to dry, but few stains were not taken time to fix. I also use stanley steamer spot cleaner between cleanings and it does better on stains.
They saw this review immediately and came back and cleaned carpet again free of charge and took care of it. We r very pleased. They really do great job. I have tham come 3 to 4 times year and only had this one issue. The tile cleaning was superb and still looks great. Expensive but worth it. Thank you Andy and Stanley steamer

I always am impressed with the Stanley Steamer deep cleaning method and optional scotch guard. The two person team, Ino and Crew Chief, Andy, worked very well together to get the job done in a timely manner with excellent, super clean carpet! They offered me plastic booties to wear on my shoes and gave me a brief safety talk when wearing the booties. They made sure I knew they can be slippery, when I transition from walking on carpet to walking on tile with the booties on my shoes. I appreciated their safety talk and was careful when walking from carpet to tile. As a senior citizen I appreciate the safety tips. The price was lower than expected. Although I don’t have my carpet cleaned often, the low price might have me clean it more often. I highly recommend this company as well as the Ino and Crew Chief, Andy team, but I’m sure all their employees are thoroughly trained. The men were very polite. Great Job Team Stanley Steamer. I’ll be calling you back in the future for sure!

The service was excellent. The cleaners were there, on time . They made my carpets clean and fresh. They moved all my furniture. The did a great job.

I can't say enough about the team that came to our house. They did a fabulous job on all of our carpets as well as a shower. They were great at explaining everything and extremely nice and courteous.
