Tried to schedule carpet cleaning between tenant turnovers. They were able to come out the day. The tenant was leaving however, I specifically indicated they could come no earlier than 1 PM because my tenant wouldn’t be out yet. We arrived at 12:30 to find he had already started.
I had let the company know that the tenant had a dog and therefore would need to have vacuuming done before carpet cleaning I specifically asked for a sofa, a chair and a office chair to be cleaned +3 bedrooms, a living room and a dining room room. My quoted price was $436. He finished in less than two hours and my deep clean team came the next day and let me know that there were still dog hair in the carpets and the furniture. He did not clean the office chair or the recliner chair. He only cleaned the sofa. It is not a large house. It’s a townhouse. very disappointed with the quality. definitely not worth the price. the technician was much less than friendly or professional. Left a mess of water right outside the front entry walkway. It’s muddy and full of dog hair so now my new tenants have to walk through that. He also left a puddle in the garage and in the laundry room that we had to clean up.

I desperately needed some cleaning done. I called, was given an appointment, and the technician was amazing. The clean room looks amazing, smells great and welcoming. I am allergic and sensitive to chemicals and had no problems. Plan to call back when needed. Highly recommended and worth the cost!!!

We contacted 4 firms. Steam Smart was the only firm who contacted right away, gave us a solid ball park price and then scheduled a tech to work for us the following day. The tech showed up and, after reviewing our inside ducting, confirmed that the original quote would hold. He told us what the process would entail and how long it would take. The tech worked clean and took incredible time to make sure he did not damage walls or chip caulking. I watched him from afar, after working 3 hours, carefully and methodically vacuum grates and filters when many techs would and could have cut corners. We actually left the tech to close up our house with our dog inside. This is the only firm we will use from here on out for our AC and HVAC maint and repair needs. So incredibly nice to find an old school firm to count on.

Very kind and hardworking staff. I appreciated that they took my phone call over the weekend to get my cleaning scheduled. Kaden was friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Their 3-room deal was wonderful.

We recently bought our first home in Red Rock and the carpet downstairs had lots of pet stains and smells. We decided to pick this company to clean all the carpet areas + stairs and purchased the pet odor/cleaning package for downstairs. I am beyond pleased with the results! All the stains and smells gone! The house looks and smells amazing! Definitely recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs!

I hired this company to clean my tile floors, while they were here they damaged a wall when their equipment exploded leaving a large dark area on my wall. During the cleaning process they caused significant amount of damage to my base boards. I reached out to the company asking for them to repair the damage. They offered 15 percent off next service and sent an employee over to look at the damage. I refused the discount as I will not use this company again. After this they stopped responding to me.

I have a 9x 12 area rug that was heavily stained in spots from previous owners wearing shoes off the street indoors. The young man who came to clean was polite and worked hard to clean it. When it dried however I noticed there were still spots where dark areas could be seen. I notified the company and they returned to do another cleaning of the carpet (Colton was on his hands and knees) at no extra charge. I’m proud to say it is clean now! I am very happy with how responsive this company was. I will definitely use them again in the future! Thank you.

I didn’t realize how important dryer vent cleaning was until I had it done. The technician explained the risks of buildup and showed me what was removed. The dryer is now working much more efficiently, and drying times have improved significantly.

They arrived promptly and were efficient and thorough in their work. I would gladly choose Ducts Fellas again in future.

The tech was friendly and efficient, though they accidentally scratched a vent cover slightly. Overall, I’m very happy with the service

During our visit to the USA, We hired an air duct cleaning service, and they were amazing! They thoroughly cleaned out the ducts and even sanitized them. The difference was immediate—the air smelled cleaner, and the AC worked more efficiently. There was a bit of dust around the vents after they left, but it was easy to wipe up.

Highly recommend Chris and this service. After having the smell of death in my house for over a week, I called Chris and he gave me his earliest appointment. He showed up on time and quickly found the dead rotting cat (a black cat at that). He was professional and pleasant. Would definitely use him again!
P.S. the other service we called at the same time, never even returned my phone call.Use Chris!

I am writing this review for these guys even without having them actually complete any work for us. Chris has been so wonderfully honest and helpful with information about our MESS of a chimney project. It turns out our project would be better served by a product that they don't install and Chris was honest and told us that instead pressuring us to use his services instead. He is wonderful to talk to on the phone, remembered my project from almost a YEAR ago when we last spoke and clearly knows his chimney stuff. I highly recommend this company for the customer service and knowledge base alone! 5 bright stars.

Austin and Dylan were a dream! They cleaned our vents VERY thoroughly as well as cleaned our chimney and inspected it. They gave us many options and were always upfront about cost and risks. They were so clean and considerate of the space, I swear they left our house cleaner than it was when they arrived. 100% would reccommend!

We have used Affordable Chimney & Duct Cleaning for 10 years since we moved to Tucson. Chris is amazing, and his staff is just terrific. I'm a repeat customer and all I can say is fantastic, affordable and job well done!!! I had my chimney swept, the air ducts cleaned and my dryer vent cleaned and I am very satisfied. They arrived on time both the father and son and both were very professional and courteous. They explained what they were going to do, set up sheets to protect my house during the cleaning, and went to work. Most of the equipment stayed outside except the vacuum to clean out the vents and the chimney. I even got on the roof with them to see some of the issues around my dryer vent and chimney and they showed me what would need to be repaired/replaced eventually. After they cleaned up and did a once over vacuuming my house, they left me the receipts and the recommendations for fixing some items and left with a smile. I couldn't be happier with them and the service. For a 1100 square foot house it took them 5 house to set up, clean everything, and clean up. I used them about 2 years ago and plan on using them again in the future.

Did a great job cleaning out our dryer vent. Professional, on time, did what they said would do, and reasonable price. We had just purchased a new home and our dryer vent had never been cleaned out. Now we can rest easy that it is safe and efficient to use.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Austin with Affordable Chimney and Duct Cleaning! He inspected the fireplace and chimney and made sure everything was working correctly. He said it didn't need cleaning at this point, which I found very refreshing. Did some repair on the chimney up top. The price was indeed affordable. I am happy to recommend this company!

Great business, great service, very affordable!! Chris is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He drove all the way to the town of Oracle - nearly an hour outside of Tucson during the past New Year holiday. No complaints. He got right to work, making sure to protect the surrounding furniture while working and cleaned up after finishing.

We just had a wood burning fireplace insert installed by Tucson Chimney. This was a big job as it involved removing tile work, fitting insert into existing fireplace opening, adding a flue liner and more. Chris, Austin and Dylan were at our house for 3 days. I have never had a friendlier group of workers nor a cleaner and neater group. They explained absolutely everything needed to know along the way and went over proper and safe operation of the new unit. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thank you Tucson Chimney. It doesn't get better than this.

A quick search of the internet found us Affordable Chimney & Duct. They was courteous on the phone and schedule an appointment the very next day. Austin came out to the house and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He completed a comprehensive review of our fireplaces and made multiple recommendations. I would highly recommend them without hesitation!
