I purchased a Groupon deal for three rooms of carpet cleaning several months ago and finally got around to using it today. I can’t say enough about Steam Smart Pro. It was so refreshing to have professional service from the first phone call To set the appointment to when Bill finished the job. They called and gave us a window for arrival and they showed up when they said they would. Our four-year-old carpet looks fresh and new again! I’m always looking to support locally owned businesses and we will use them again.

Cannot praise Steam Smart Pro enough! I am so pleased with the service received! Very polite and informative crew. And cleaning was efficient and affordable. Scheduling an appointment online was a breeze. And had a crew out to my house in less then 24 hours which is amazing. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

We had an issue where we needed to get an area of carpet cleaned immediately before it stained. Steam Smart Pro Carpet representatives worked with us for fast, efficient, service. They were kind, thorough and professional, and we would definitely use them again.

Called and got my carpet cleaned the same day which was a plus. Kyle was amazing friendly and got the job done with no hassle. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived at this time He said he would be here. Great price. I am so happy with the job that they did. Would Highly recommend.

They have a 3 room carpet cleaning special advertised for $89. After add-ons this came to ~$150. They gave a 3 hour window and the technician showed up late (to his credit he did call ~1 hour before hand to say he'd be late). When the technician arrived, they took one look at the first room and the first thing the technician said was that it was over the 250sqft so they'd have to charge it as two rooms. I asked him to leave because we've never had an issue with Stanley Steamer and the size of the rooms. I measured the area of the room after the technician left and it came to ~248sqft so the technician was also dead wrong.

I did complain directly to them, owner did call to try to remedy the situation, but overall just not worth the hassle. Go with Stanley Steamer; they're cheaper, the quality is still great, and the customer service is better. It boggles my mind that the tech so confidently tried to up sell on the size of the room when it was indeed in the size specifications. They are either inexperienced or dishonest and neither are great options.

Troy was awesome! Kind, courteous and professional. He did a remarkable job and brought this stained carpet back to life! Thank you so much! With a little more TLC and getting the carpet stretched we will have the space looking brand new and saving us hundreds replacing the flooring.

The team was very thorough, communicated their plans, executed well and cleaned up very well when they were finished. I highly recommend this service. This service was to clean the dryer vent.

They called me first and then arrived when they said they would. I have been getting my carpet and tile cleaned by this company for years. Will came out and we went over what was to be cleaned. He did a fabulous job!! He took before pictures, and I can tell you that all the stains that were in my grout we're gone!! I would highly recommend this company!! They are friendly, and efficient and the price is quite affordable!! They do good work and i'm continually happy with their service!!

The first time we requested their service the result was great but on the 2nd time we were not satisfied. However, they offered a re-clean which is good. I think it depends on who they send to do the service. Overall, their pricing is decent. Customer service is very receptive and considerate.

Im very glad I decided to go with this company instead of their competitors. They were very helpful in providing a quote over the phone and scheduling with short notice. On the day of the service the technician Will came in on time and was very efficient. I dont like to be sold extra services and I didnt get that from this company, Will got to work right away and finished within 2 hours. I appreciate that they used guards for the corners so the hose wouldnt ruin the wall paint. I was very pleased when the total was less than what I was quoted, and will definitely reach out when my other property gets vacated. The photos show my footprints but other than that the carpet is back to new!
