Had them come out and clean our air ducts. One of the ducts happens to be over our bed in our master bedroom. I came in my room to find a bunch of dirt and whatnot all over our bed because they did not cover it first or at least warn me to cover it while they are cleaning. They did a pretty good job of cleaning it up but still some dirt in my bed. I just turned on my swamp cooler and it was like a dust storm in my house. A BUNCH of dirt and dust flew out everywhere!!!! I feel like after they just spent 3 hours cleaning my air ducts, that should NOT have happened. Oh, they also put almost all of my registers back on upside down. Definitely feel like I just wasted $400 and now I am sneezing like crazy too. Do not recommend!

We’ve had Steam Smart Pro come over four times, twice for carpet cleaning and twice for tile cleaning. Will had come three of the times, bill once. They both were very professional gave us a call when they were headed over always within the time frame planned. They have done a great job every time. We will continue to use them for cleanings.

Have used this company for years on my home and some rental properties. Recently, I hired them to do a carpet shampooing of a rental property I have. After the cleaning, I vacuumed and was astonished at how filthy the carpets still were. I went ahead and shampooed them myself and the water after several passes was disgusting. The problem I have is the fact I reached out to this company to see if they would come out and do another shampoo of the carpet. I was completely ignored, I even followed up and was ignored again. I have been a loyal customer for 8 years and this is the treatment I get after wanting a small issue resolved? I will no longer be using this company.

We used Steam Smart Pro to have our air ducts cleaned and they gave us the best price we could find. Our vents and ducts were super dusty so we decided it was time. Victor came by right on time, explained everything to us clearly and got straight to work and did a fantastic job. The results were great and we already feel an improvement in the air quality in our home.

I had them come out to clean my carpet for a move out. It was stained from the black pavement and red juice. Bill came out and did an amazing job and now it looks new. It was easy to schedule and he should up within the timeframe. He was in and out.

Had vent cleaning done one day and carpet cleaning the next day by a different crew. Both crews were prompt, efficient and very careful and diligent in their work. Steam Smart is awesome!

Recently, our HOA, reminded us it was time to have our dryer vents cleaned out. A group of owners elected to go with this very versatile company. Two friendly & professional young men came at the appointed hour. (Victor & Kaden). They were amazing & far more detailed than a competitor we used in the past. Very efficient. Pricing was also competive. I made my initial arrangements with Lupita. She is a definite asset. I would not hesitate to use this company again as the need arises.A+++

Last week a person name Bill M came to clean our carpet. We talked to customer service about the price and number of rooms to clean. Since he stepped in our house, he started to argue about the rooms and the area. His attitude was very rude and unfriendly and forcing us to talk to the company. We never experienced that bad behavior from anyone before came to our house for any work. He looked like very angry and rough. He left the carpet very soggy with the residual soap that we had to clean ourselves and took almost 48h to dry up with the fan. I had a good impression about this company but it is completely changed now.

I had my sofa and dining chair seats cleaned, and the whole process was easy from the start. Scheduling was simple, pricing was transparent, and there were no hidden costs or surprises when the technician arrived.

After the tech left, I noticed some brown water marks on the dining chairs as they were drying. I took a few pictures and emailed the company. They immediately apologized, assured me they’d make it right, and scheduled a return visit for the next business day. The same technician came back and spent as much time as needed to ensure the chairs were in good condition.

Things can go wrong in any service, but how a company handles it is what matters. Their quick response, genuine apology, and follow-through to fix the issue showed real professionalism. I’d absolutely use them again.

The two young gentlemen who cleaned our ducts were polite and professional. They took pictures of each duct/vent to show how dirty they were prior to cleaning. After the job was finished, they cleaned up each room of any particles that may have fallen on the floor. I was impressed and very satisfied with the results. All of this at a great price which was almost half of what some other notable companies would charge. I will absolutely use Steam Smart Pro again!

Love how efficient this company is and how easy to work with. As a subcontractor they are cleaning our clients carpets and they do so while we clean cant recommend them more! Quick and open availability!
