Great! Austin arrived onetime and worked extremely hard. I have a wood pellet stove which is not easy to clean. He virtually had to take it apart. He advised me to have to done every year instead of year 2 years so I can keep the glazing down. He left me home as clean as he found it. I will definitely make Affordable my annual call. HIs price was more than reasonable for the work done.

Fantastic. Austin was scheduled within days of calling and actually called and came in earlier to do the inspection. He was super thorough, providing ample chances to ask questions. Explained everything in detail, as well as offering alternatives, suggestions, and ideas. He went over every aspect of our chimney and I can't be happier. Because of things he found we are able to schedule some needed services to make the roof and chimney sweeper. I know we will call these guys again in the future!

I choose this company based on their reviews. They did not disappoint. I had them come to my house first which needed a lot of cleaning since we use it almost daily during the winter. They had great recommendations and did a great job cleaning it as well as fixing the top of the chimney. Then I had them scheduled to come to my building and inspect the chimney just as impressed with Austin and his Father. I have been a business owner for over 18 years and they provide the level of service you look for in a business! Highly recommend them!!

Knowledge...++++ Cost , as the name says affordable, Clean... ++++....Austin did a fantastic job. He was on time, explained everything, cleaned up as if he hadnt even been there. We had our chimney swept, dryer vent cleaned , chimney cap installed and gas line capped off. All done efficiently , with no mess. also a plus, Austin was very personable and full of information. Great company! I really like these guys. I called on Monday and made an appointment to have someone come out on Saturday. Austin showed up right on time (actually, he called to say he would be about 30 minutes early, which was great for me!) and he was super nice and knowledgeable. He cleaned the fireplace and chimney (and inspected everything) and gave us tips on how to use our fireplace better. I will certainly call them again and would recommend them to everyone.

Had my ducts and returns cleaned this past weekend. These guys are great, very thorough. They will ensure that everything is properly cleaned. They were very courteous and did a great job. We have previously used their services to sweep and upgrade our chimney and were very happy with them then as well. Will definitely these guys again for any of their services that we should need.

We recently had our air ducts cleaned and they turned out amazing. 🤩 I believe this service is severely overlooked but is important for air cleanliness. Austin did an amazing job explaining each step of the process.

Chris and Austin arrived on time, explained estimate and what they were going to do to my Aunt's home. Pleasant, efficient, job well done. Vents had never been cleaned in lifetime of home, over 60 years. So glad we had this work done, and done well. Cleaned up everything, left our home in good condition, finished and cost were as discussed at beginning. The best.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! have used them twice (so far!) for my chimney/fireplace and my dryer vent. After moving into a new home, both of these needed done badly! This company returned my call same day to schedule my appointment, came out the next week on time, and made sure that the work was done completely. Austin is wonderful to work with. I am fully satisfied and plan to call them again when I need the air ducts cleaned in my home.

Can't say enough great things about my experience with this company yesterday. Austin and Dylan did an AC vent cleaning and chimney sweep / inspection for me and they did a phenomenal job. When they arrived, they were extremely careful and respectful about making sure they didn't block any of my neighbors cars in our tight parking lot, they worked with me to find a way to get their equipment up to my tiny little second floor unit, they communicated with me all day and we're extremely polite about asking where they could put equipment and making sure that they weren't getting in the way. They cleaned my house better than it was before they came in and literally took vacuuming off of my to do list for that day, and when they had to deliver some bad news about how the chimney in the home I bought was originally built, they were extremely kind about it and offered multiple alternative solutions to get it up to code and working properly. Definitely hire these guys they do wonderful work and are entirely worth the brief wait time! Just be responsible and schedule ahead and not last minute!

Austin was amazing. We just purchased an older home and needed our chimney and dryer vents inspected and cleaned. He was so thorough and so great about even cleaning behind the dryer and the washer! I will definitely be reaching back out to this family run business for my annual maintenance.

Austin came to clean and inspect our fire place. He was extremely polite, professional, and oh yea most importantly he kept the work are clean. He did a great job cleaning, and yes I checked. He recommended some service to our fire place to get it up to code. He also recommended other vendors to go the route of an insert if we decided. He was not pushy, and he truly cared about our health and safety! I will be recommending Affordable Chimney Sweep to friends and family.

Wonderful company! The father and sons are very nice and did a great job installing our wood burning stove. They also always returned my phone calls promptly.

After the most recent storm, Austin from Tucson Chimney & Venting Solutions was contacted to inspect the damage to the chimney flue and also inspect the entire fireplace. He did a thorough job in his assessment and pointed out issues with the fireplace which we were not aware of. With that he also gave us options and recommendations with no pressure or hard sell. I felt he was honest and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing help in this area!

Great family owned local company! My initial inquiry was well received and they were able to give me a timely appointment. I was pleased to see that they were willing to travel a fair distance to my home in Rio Rico. I was pleasantly surprised when Dylan arrived at the promised time and was friendly, approachable, and skilled at his craft.
He immediately discovered a very dangerous and potentially life threatening situation with the fireplace in my new home. I had known something was wrong but had not known what the problem was. Dylan was able to educate me on the details, rectify the immediate danger, and instruct me on a plan to move forward.
It is so very important to have an expert evaluate any fireplaces,even newly installed ones! I have had contractors look at it and not recognize the issue and my home inspector had not noticed the problem. Had I used the fireplace without this work I could have died.
I highly recommend these guys! Do it.
