Had seen Mr. John's truck in the neighborhood and called them first thing in the morning. They were at my house within a couple of hours. Diagnosed the problem and had me up and running again by early afternoon. Honest, courteous and professional. Couldn't ask for any more and highly recommend them.

What a great experience beyond professional and did a hell of a job. They replaced the old swamp cooler and furnace for a new heating and cooling system. Also new ducts.They made sure to explain step by step what was going to take place. All employees inside house had mask and practiced social distance as best they could for the situation. They cleaned up after themselves and put great care in not getting a mess on furniture and are tvs next to the vents they replaced. Would definitely recommend. We have been considering putting an AC in for years. Our existing Master cool was on its last leg and we felt overwhelmed with the best option for our home.
Mr. Johns provided an on-time professional estimate answering all my questions (and I had many) with kindness and expertise. All while clearly explaining the differences between the different AC options available to us.
Putting AC/heat/ new vent system was a significant expense for us, and as we prepared for this endeavor, Anna responded promptly to any questions I had with professionalism and kindness.
After getting many estimates, Mr. John's quote was the most reasonable.
Mr. John's crew came out three days before Christmas to install our Central air conditioning/ heating and fan unit system. Install day was long, but the mess was minimal, and the crew was professional and respectful of covering things inside to minimize the mess of installing the new duct work.
Our holidays were beautiful and comfortable with our new vent system, Carrier gas pack ac system, and Ecobee Smart Thermostat.
Anna returned after Christmas to give me the paperwork, explain the warranty information, and answer any remaining questions. She let me know if we had any problems; we just needed to call them. She helped provide further information on how to use our Ecobee smart thermostat as we worked to get used to it and figure it out. I contracted Mr. John A/C & Heating to remove my rooftop swamp cooler and 24 year old split furnace /ac system and replace it with a new rooftop Carrier gas furnace/ac package unit. Their estimate was very reasonable in comparison to other quotes I received. They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous.. They removed my old 24 year cooler, the split a/c system and old furnace in my utility closet. Their crew was very conscientious in the work they did and you could tell right away they knew their business. Anna and John were there throughout the day looking over the work and making sure everything was completed to my satisfaction ( Which it was, all in One Day ) The new system is a great improvement over my old one and I want to thank Anna, John and the Team for the excellent work they did. I heartily recommend Mr. John for any type of HVAC work you might need.

Mr.John and his crew were good. We really wanted to get rid our swamp cooler because it caused our ducts to rust away. It took his crew 1 day to do the whole job I was amazed, they took everything from the ducts to our swamp cooler even our heater and replaced our vents. Overall it was a Great job and an amazing price!

I had been thinking about replacing the aging swamp coolers in my building for a couple of years and was considering to replace the coolers with an AC unit....but ...I have used a number of highly recommended AC places here in Tucson and was never really satisfied with the work done. Considering the investment to put in an AC unit I wanted to have faith in the company. When I met Mr. John and having read the reviews I decided he was the company to use. I could not be more satisfied with my decision. I have never met a company that displays the level of commitment to doing the job right and with the level of integrity that Mr. John approached the job with. They've been so great to work with, they installed 5 mini splits on my historic house and did great work two years ago. And then just today they installed a new 4 ton A/C unit at my parent's house. Anna does a great job explaining everything and giving you a quote and Mr John himself and his crew are great and even cleaned up nicely afterwards.

The service is amazing! We got our HVAC unit replaced in October of last year. The price was affordable, the work was professional and the response time to questions was fast. We had an issue with the unit not cooling and I got a text message back within a hour and the very next day they were there bright and early to resolve the issue at no cost to us. Extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend.

I saw Mr. Johns ac company at the swap meet @ palo verde in Tucson on Saturday and we set up an appointment Sunday. They arrived on Sunday and showed me different options of ac units and explained what they would do. The next day on Monday they arrived at 8 am and in about 8 hours they removed all my old rusted ducting and replaced it with new updated ducting. They removed my old water cooler and replaced it with a new Carrie ac and heating unit with a crane. The crew was very friendly and extremely fast. I didn’t have to clean anything when they were finished, they are very clean and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend they.

I highly recommend Mr. John’s AC! John Jr. was incredibly knowledgeable in airflow, AC mechanics, and a whole lot more. They offered the best price out of 3 total quotes from different companies. They even upgraded my 1 stage to a 2 stage. Additionally, they came back several days later to level-out the AC unit for no charge. They were amazing and do fantastic work
