another online order just disappears.... order #619e40c2WC130787_1406_231 was never delivered and can "no longer be found" , now i get to spend time seeing if they charged me instead of doing business.... its not the store its the management.

very poor customer service , I showed up early in the morning 7:00am to buy a 5uf a/c capacitor, their answer was "unless you have a HVAC contractor license we CANT sell it to you".
really guys? it seems that you dont realize that ANYONE can buy a capacitor through AMAZON and within 24hours have it.
i was just trying to buy local and solve my issue.
so lets be aware this store is NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
if you advertised that on your website, I would never do the trip to your store. (got my Capacitor from Adobe HVAC depot )

I went in to purchase a mobile home hot water heater. They were out. The gentleman at the counter went out of his way trying to help me. He checked other places. He made phone calls directly to the manufacturer. He even offered to call a competitor to try to find one. This is an example of going above and beyond what is expected. Thanks so much for all the effort.

Was looking for a specific HVAC part online, left a message. Received an email that they were sorry but did not have it. The next day Caesar followed up, was very professional, explained further and provided recommendation how to proceed.
