We recently had 6 units installed in our office. The electric costs savings we have had this summer is amazing. Our electric bill has been cut in half during June and July. The units are quite and cool down our lobby and individual offices very quickly.

Gary and the rest of the ATS group was responsive to our needs during installation and very easy to deal with. We recommend this product for your office or your home.

We had two Daikin heat/ac ductless systems installed one year ago in our guesthouse. They are fantastic and the service we have received from ATS has been outstanding as well. Charles came today for our 2nd scheduled maintenance and was prompt, polite, efficient and took the time to show me how to clean the filters. I would highly recommend this company.

Needed AC repaired fast with family in town. ATS was recommended so made the call. Jason not only took care of the problem, but explained what issue was so we understood. Also gave us some tips to help avoid issues in the future. Really appreciated Jason going beyond "just repairing" the problem.

Jeremy was in constant contact with us. He can quickly and worked rapidly. He fixed our issue and was very helpful! Our AC was dead and he resurrected it! 10/10 would highly recommend to everyone!

On October 29th, 2019 ATS sent Charles to my home to repair a heating problem. Three days earlier I had someone else here to do the same, but he was only able to get the cooling working with the digital thermostat. Charles was here less than 5 minutes when he found out the problem. He fixed it in another 5 minutes. He was early to my appointment and was a joy to talk to since he was cordial, friendly and easy to talk to. He is an interesting man and a valuable asset to the ATS family of employees. I highly recommend ATS to anyone with any heating/cooling issues, and cannot say enough good about Charles.

Having my AC go out in this heat was so frustrating! I was so upset and just lost at one point being so hot. I heard about ATS from a friend and told me to give them a try. The tech, Jason was amazing. He was very compassionate with the problem I was having beings I was so distrout with being out of my comfort zone. He had it fixed in no time. It was such a relief! He was very professional and knowledgeable which made me feel very comfortable knowing he was the one working on my AC! Will recommend him to everyone I know.

We are new to the Tucson area and wanted to have our newly purchased home HVac checked out. After researching multiple companies, we chose ATS. I am so glad I did. From working with office to the time Jeremy our Technician gave me my detailed report, I was nothing but impressed. Jeremy was awesome! He was so professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Jason my Tech (I say my Tech because he is AWESOME) with ATS replaced my personal residence HVAC and has done much work for the Company I work for. He is always professional, knowledgeable, reliable and a GREAT pleasure to work with. Bobby and Rachel are amazing as well. Would highly recommend them to EVERYBODY!

This group was hired by my property manager and they were great! Charles was early for our first meeting and then when he communicated that he would have to come the next morning with the correct part, he made sure that we were his first stop and came within the time frame he gave us. It was great communication all around and he was very professional and respectful of our home. He then called the next day for a follow up to make sure everything was working as it should.

Jeremy came out quickly. He let me know what he was going to do and that he would explain the system to me before he did any repairs. He gave me upfront pricing with options s and when I gave authorization to repair he got going right away. I will always recommend him

ATS has been great since installing a new unit for us in June. Jeremy and the install team were awesome in explaining everything clearly and making the house cool (and warm) and giving all the safety details. We'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Jeremy came out today promptly and did a great job assuring me that my system would be fine for the 2018/2019 winter season. Always good service and nothing to complain about.

Ron Morgan visited in the Spring of 2019 and gave us a quote for a new system after finding (expected) flaws with our 18 year old existing system. Ron is friendly, knowledgeable and professional and explained what we would be getting and answered all of my questions about my existing system and the new one.

Installation of a completely new system was done by Jeremy Vida and Roman. They were thorough, friendly and professional. I am very happy with the installation.

I recommend all of these employees and ATS.

Update: ATS has since closed operations due to retirement. Our subsequent best-overall HVAC experience has been with ComfortX HVAC in Tucson who we highly recommend.

ATS came highly recommended when the time came to upgrade our AC system. They did not disappoint!

From the first contact with the ATS office, to Bobby & Bryce's prompt site visit, to Jeremy & Josh's professional installation, and to Jason's follow-up visit... Everyone was top-notch and exceeded expectations. Our new AC is running great. I've found my go-to HVAC company. Highly recommended!

Jeremy and Dominic did such beautiful work. Everything is in Place. Nicely taped and put together.
When Jeremy and Dominic were done. Jeremy came and explained the new system and the new thermostat. Jeremy also showed me where filter belongs.

This shop is bad 👎🏼 Plus they keep on blocking the view.. I wouldn't trust the seems like always drinking

Absolutely horrible experience with JC Heating and Cooling. I paid them in cash to install an HVAC system, and not only did they fail to provide a receipt, but they also left the job incomplete. They were supposed to return after my electrical panel was replaced to wire the unit properly—they never came back. Now I’m stuck having to pay another $3,000 out of pocket just to finish what they started.

To make matters worse, when we tried contacting them to resolve the issue, they blocked our number. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and shady. Save yourself the stress and do not hire JC Heating and Cooling under any circumstances. They took the money and ran.

The technician was very responsive and very knowledgeable on how to repair my HVAC system. He did an outstanding job and adjusting my airflow throughout the whole house. Also, I would recommend an ambient air 110%

Very professional technician. Answered all my questions. Hope he continues to service my heating and A/C systems! -- Chandler was excellent again. I always have a lot of questions. He is always patient with me and explains things well. I really appreciate him and am glad he is my technician!
