Chandler was very thorough and professional and came in a timely manner. He communicated fully with me about what had to be done and how much it would cost.

Quick response, but tech said issue was the drier filter was clogged and needed replacing. Called A1 hvac company and they did more extensive testing and nothing wrong with the AC or inline drier filter.

The service James performed today were outstanding. Additionally, he fully explained the 3 year warranty which we purchased. Thanks for having James be your service representative -- AND - WE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE JAMES

Yesterday I Left a 1 star because I did have trouble with the unit since I got it.
But im happy to say that I got a call this morning and they came out right away and fixed the problem!

Steve was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed the problem and then took the time to answer several questions I had. I'll definitely ask for him the next time I have a problem with my furnace.

For years Ambient Air has worked on our AC units. They have a quick response and are reasonable! The other day I called in and left a message just before 7a and they were on their way by 9a! and I'm cool again after a new motor!

Ambient Air Heating and Cooling has been servicing our residence for more than ten years. They are responsive and highly competent. I recommend them for any of your heating and cooling needs.

Great experience. Steve B was very knowledgeable and efficient. The call was for the pre-winter tuneup. No other service was required at this time but I would call Ambient Air again in a minute.

Chandler came out and as usual, listened to what I felt the issue might be and went to work to assure the problem was found and dealt with, same day. Thankful for the guys at Ambient who help keep us comfortable in our home.

James and Wyatt were great. They contacted us beforehand to let us know they were on the way, they were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, and they did a great job making sure our system is working right!

We were having cooling issues with our a/c. Our home warranty set us up with Ambient. We called for an appointment and Chandler was here by noon. After a full service check the evaporative coils had numerous leaks, the air handler was severely rusted and the condenser fan was dying. Since the whole system is obsolete I didn't want it patched. I asked Chandler about it new system. He worked up a price and and availability. Benny and his crew Were here the next morning and had everything installed about noon. Everything and everyone was excellent. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. Bruce Davis.

Ambient Air Heating & Cooling was the first company I called to help me resolve my heating system not working. After ~10 minutes I was told by the technician who came out that several items on the furnace were defective. The proposed cost for the repairs was more than $1000. WOW. I subsequently contacted a few other service companies and eventually had one of them quote the repairs for less than $250.

Lesson learned: Do your due diligence and stay away from Ambient Air Heating & Cooling. They were going to rip me off.

We have been customers of Ambient Air for many years and have always been very pleased with their service. Our technician CHANDLER is excellent!

Overall experience with ambient air was positive. I believe it was a quality product and the installation was professional. I thought they left me hanging a bit after the job was done, no invoice no discussion about the warranty. In order to pay them the remainder of what I owed I had to contact the office instead of them coming to me. 2200 for a water heater and installation is way too much. Not complaining about the cost of the water heater but you're looking at what $500 an hour for installation that's just way too much

Tech was very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. He immediately found the problem and fixed it without requiring purchase of new parts. Since we have a contract, there was no charge for the visit or diagnostics. Great company!
