They came out to my house to bid to replace my A/C. They were the most the professional and knowledgable of the companies I had come out. I went with them and was very pleased. Excellent craftsmanship, responsive, clean, and fast. I now them use them for a variety of plumbing needs too. It's nice to find these types of companies here in Tucson. Hire with confidence!

We have had years of excellent service from the Carlson Company: AC/evaporative cooler/furnace/plumbing--they can do it all! Their customer service is outstanding! Late on Friday afternoon, I had to call about a plumbing issue that needed to be resolved before a houseguest arrived in a few days. By 6 p.m., Mike Carlson himself was fixing the issue! I was amazed at how promptly he responded and what a great job he did. We have also had fabulous service on our evaporative cooler and our mini-split AC unit. Gerard is a wonderful technician and is great at explaining how to make the cooling systems work at their maximum efficiency. I now have a service contract with Carlson which gives me great peace of mind. I'm so glad you guys are in Tucson!!

I know Dennis since some time, he is smart and reliable and he has saved our old Unit in the past several times. The two technicians which installed the new unit, were Knowledgeable and polite, we are glad we chose Carlson again. The tall technician trained me with the new thermostat, we are happy with the whole job, I am glad we chose Carlson again.You guys Installed the original unit and it lasted for 24 years.

Had a concern from a maintenance visit from another vendor that the blower fan on my air conditioning was, "leaking oil and the system would need to be replaced as the part was no longer available from the manufacturer." Long story short Mike Carlson promptly followed up on my call for an estimate for a new system, showed me the operating condition of my system, found it to be completely in tact, and found the replacement parts in case they ever failed. Mike even quoted me estimates on system replacement with either a heat pump or a split system for a reasonable price if I ever decided to go in that direction. Knowledgeable, fair, and honest. Great company and will use them without hesitation for future needs.

I've been calling Carlson's for about 5 years for all HVAC service and repair and general plumbing issues. They have never disappointed. All their repairmen are well-trained and know what they are doing. Special shout out to Isaiah who not only did an outstanding job for me recently but looked like he was having fun doing it! His enthusiasm was delightful.

We are so glad we chose The Carlson Company to install our new AC/Heat system 13 years ago when the old one failed in the hottest part of Tucson's summer. They helped us make a smart decision for our home and have been incredibly responsive and responsible in the very few instances when we needed a minor repair since. Most recently we were fortunate to have Dennis bring his years of experience to resolve a minor but not obvious adjustment to the equipment and Mike Carlson took full responsibility for the issue and wouldn't charge us. If you have a concern or question, you will often hear from Mike himself as he and his whole team stand by their work and take care of their customers.

We got several quotes from other Plumbing/HAVA companies and Carlson was right in line with the others. They replaced both water heaters and AC units with minimal disruption. Their workers were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Nick was delightful to work with, he kept me appraised as things were going during the service call. He cleared the problem in the sewer and all is well now.

Once again, the Carlson Co. knocked it out the park for us. This week 8/25/25 thru 8/31/25 we had to use The Carlson Company. For the past two years they have been helping with projects around our house. Running gas lines for an outdoor kitchen, replacing hot water heater, installing A/C in are garage etc. I wanted to replace the toilets in the house, so I called Mike, and he had them installed. The best is I did not know The Carlson Company unclogged sewer drains. We had two other companies come out and one I told to leave because he was so rude and unprofessional. The other company told me that the sewer line was broke. They stated we would have to cut up the kitchen floor. So, I decided to call The Carlson Company and ask if they provide that type of service. Dave Carlson came out personally after hours to run a sewer camera down the sewer line to see what is going on. Dave noticed there was something clogged in the drain. So, they had a crew member come out the next day and resolve the problem. From the staff in the office to the workers in the field, their work is always top notch. A special thanks to Mike and David Carlson. We had to have our water lines replaced throughout our entire home. Mike and Dave Carlson both came out to evaluate the job before starting. They saved all kinds of work and money, so we did not have to cut a ton of sheet rock out. The project was completed quickly. The one thing you can count on with The Carlson Company's projects is that they are reviewed and completed correctly the 1st time.

Carlos was wonderful! He found the short in the wire pretty quickly and taped/ insulated/ fixed it. Carlos was here 1 time before and I was so sure the short was going to be inaccessible and cost more just to locate so I asked him to just replace the fuse. This time after the fuse blew I agreed with him about checking further. Glad I did. It was accessible and fixable. Thank you Carlos. You've restored my faith in good, reliable and honest technicians.

Time from the initial contact to the visit was less than 24 hours. They are so super quick to schedule. Carlos was very professional and explained to me the workings of my AC unit and what caused it to go out. I had a great experience with done rite! I was having issues with my AC and the office called me right away to help me schedule an appointment. They were able to have a technician come out that day and fix my AC. My technician, Carlos, was knowledgeable and very helpful. He let me know what the issue was and fixed it in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend!

Amazingly friendly and fast. My AC had to be entirely replaced and these guys were considerate of my home, my animals and myself. They let me know ahead of time what would be going on and walked me through the new setup when done. Even vacuumed where they had been working. Super great experience!

Elijah and Desiel were awesome!! I loved how they explained everything and every move they were making. I did shop around and they were the least expensive, but their quality of work does not reflect their price. I would highly recommend Done Rite for any home needs.
