I have to give a shout out to Carlson Company! We had to do a total replacement of our water heater as well as "repairing" (that turned into rebuilding and bracing) of the platform that it, and multiple other appliances, were sitting on (ie AC, water softener, etc.). They rose to the occasion, went above and beyond! They were very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with and reasonable with parts and labor fees. Thank you so much for taking care of this on such short notice and in a timely manner.

We established a relationship with Carlson based on a reference we received from our HVAC company in our home state of Alaska. Since we purchased our house six years ago in Arizona, they have serviced and subsequently replaced our aging HVAC system, and we have them back in six month increments for warranty checks. Yesterday, our water heater broke on a Sunday, but we had a HVAC appointment already established with Carlson for a warranty HVAC check on Monday (today). They were able to pivot and install a new water heater for us and do the scheduled HVAC appointment all in the same day at barely a moments notice. You can’t get better service than that… We highly recommend.

The Carlson company was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They gave me helpful information about my units, and were very clean and neat while working inside the house.

Mike came over to our home for an assessment of our water heater and if we needed a new one or not. After almost 2 hours of tweeking, fixing and recommending things for us to do, he left with a piece of pie and a handshake. Mike the owner came by to look at a gas issue I had questions about. I recently bought this house a few months ago and had a few questions. He was in the area and stopped by to inspect and give me some guidance going forward. Excellent!! He did not charge me since he was in the area but I will definitely use him and will be needing him going forward. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his services. He is one of the few people I know I could trust since moving back to Tucson. There needs to be more like him. Make him your first call!!!

Carlson installed my heat pump in 2018. I've have them come twice a year to maintain the system. I found out recently that they can also flush your water heater! They are always professional. I have confidence in their work.

I have a very old Tucson house with copper plumbing and some other tricky plumbing issues. I called numerous other companies when I started developing leaks and other water pressure problems. Literally the only company capable of doing the work was Carlson. Mike Carlson came out and told me that they have a long history and speciality in old world plumbing techniques. The estimate was more than fair and the work was done to perfection and quickly. I'll be calling them for all my issues.

I was fortunate to find Carlson by chance. SouthWest gas gave me three approved contractors in my area for some smallish gas line work. Carlson was the only one who responded. Mike Carlson visited the next day and undertook the work quickly and professionally. what a breath of fresh air to find a small family
company who care about their customers and are so pleasant to work with. They are now undoubtedly my contractor of choice for all my maintenance requirements.

I have used The Carlson Company for several years now for all types of A/C and Heating needs. Repairs, installations, modifications and routine servicing were done for me both at work and my home. When my Sister in Law moved into town just recently and bought a Townhouse my wife and I suggested using Carlson to do the replacement or her HVAC system. She got several quotations and decided to use the Carlson Company due
to the fair price and the trusting demeanor of Mike Carlson. They worked around our schedule, were courteous and neat, and finished in the time frame requested. Excellent work!

Wow! So, our AC went out in the morning, with out of state house guests arriving that evening.....
Called Mike to explain and he suggested we needed a technician to the house and would get back to us asap.
10 minutes later he responded with a tech scheduled to arrive in the next hour or so.
Within the hour, Gerard arrived, got to work and diagnosed the problem within minutes.
He was bright, courteous, knowledgeable and super efficient.
The AC was fixed, checked and running within 30 minutes and has been performing properly ever since.

We thought our water heater was going out, but Mike came out and looked at it and found lint had built up around the unit causing it to not work properly. He cleaned it thoroughly and made sure it heated up. He saved us money by not just saying we needed a new one. We really appreciated that Mike checked it out and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely use The Carlson Company again!

Carlson's has been my plumping, heating and cooling company for over 30 years. They have done everything from redoing the plumbing in my kitchen, replacing my hot water heater, fixing my furnace, maintaining my cooler, to replacing my HVAC. Mike is a great problem solver. Gerrard is very thorough. Everyone always provides great customer service.

When Mike came to estimate, they were honest, on time, straightforward, helping with making the right decisions for my situation. When they came to fix it, they were quick and careful. They had a plan and did not disturb the other members of the housem due to pets and some one sick. They were friendly, honest and the owner was respectful. After the job was done, I did not pay that day because I was busy, however they were not worried too much, and I paid for them later. The job was costly and we waited until we had both had time for payment. I highly recommend them as they are reliable and will be using this service in the future.
