Our AC went out unexpectedly yesterday. We called Done Rite since we have family that have had positive experiences with them and they were able to send someone out promptly. They quickly diagnosed the issue and were back today to fix it. They were honest and up front and didn’t try to upsell or overcharge us. They gave us helpful recommendations for future use. I would definitely use them again! Shout out to technicians Tavian and Todd for promptly fixing the issue! It’s refreshing to know there are still honest companies out there!

Done Rite provided me with excellent service on a brand-new AC/heater unit for my home. They installed it quickly, efficiently, and added safety features for future maintenance measures. I secured a fantastic deal, and we are very happy with this much-needed unit installation, which arrived just in time for the summer. They also offer additional services, including plumbing and electrical work.

Robert and Matt have been here doing an extremely difficult job of installing new lower duct work, and water supply lines for our 45 year old mfg. home. Their incredibly professional attitude and non-stop hard work is very impressive. Will call them again for quality work, guaranteed. Thank you Done Rite.

All of the technicians are absolutely amazing and friendly! Dustin has been out to my house a couple times and he is always helpful and informative. I have never had to wait more than 24hrs for an appt. Depending on the time I call, most of my appts have been same day appts even on the weekends!

This is the second time I have had Done Rite for service at my home. First time my heat pump was replaced with great efficient service. This time my water heater was replaced. Professional office staff like Cathy and Audry to walk you through it. Service representatives Elijah and Josh couldn't have done a better job. They were proficient, kind and courteous with installation and answered all my questions. This company truly takes care of the community of Tucson! Give them a call! You will be pleased!

Chris arrived on time and finished the work quickly. He was pleasant and professional and he got the job done right.

We required an entirely new air conditioning system. Robert and Matt were very friendly and professional and the quality of their work was great. They were quick, efficient, and cleaned up the work area well. Great service and I will not hesitate to recommend!

Anthony was very professional. As a female home owner, I always appreciate when issues are explained to me clearly and with respect. I have used Done Rite in the past and they are responsive and reasonably priced.

Gustavo Miranda was our plumber today and he found a low cost solution to allow our pool's auto-fill feature to operate with our house water line turned off. This will give us peace of mind when we are traveling.

Gustavo was very conscientious, thorough in his work, and was extremely nice, answering more questions than any homeowner should have probably asked.

We previously used Done Rite for electrical work in our garage and they did a very nice job.

So I only am able to wright this review because court proceedings have ended.... On November 4 2024 I was picking up two of my children from a bus stop when a gentleman next to me approached some kids and began to ask a small group of kids if they could please not pick on his son who was standing next to him after he stated his concerns to the kids the group became aggressive towards the man I which I thought was funny because how small the children were as I gathered my two small ones now focused on my kids returning to my car I seen another gentleman approached yelling something about the man with the boy calling one of the children a female dog in layman's terms which I didn't hear I noticed this new person to be wearing a uniform from donerite and driving a company truck as the situation escalated the gentleman in uniform later to find out his name to be Brandon drew a weapon on a unarmed man. The police were called people went to jail and I was subpoenaed to court because of the actions of this gentleman from donerite my main reasoning for this review is that in court which is public records now this gentleman boss got on the stand and stated that his employees are allowed to carry firearms due to prior dogs incidents at costumers homes I was shocked at the lack of social responsibility that was over seen here on there employees behavior first we are all at a bus stop with children this man jeopardize my children's myself and many others life when he drew out his weapon 2nd where is the integrity of this business allowing there employees to go to anyone's house with a weapon to possibly discharge on an more then sure we'll loved animal who's soul purpose is to protect his family there are others way to avoid incident such as dog attacks on jobsites call beforehand maybe to make sure all pets are secure so your employees can perform there job two make a clear observation of the yard before entering to avoid incident this statement from this gentleman Brandon boss / owner idk was shocking they rather arm there employees then taking the extra step to ensure the safety of there customers I will not be using this company souly for this reason on top of Brandon being negligent of safe practices of a fire arm and anyone reading this is suggest they do the same

Robert and Matt are always great. They’ve done a lot of work for me before and I’ve always been pleased with their work.

They demo’d side by side reach in closets to open the space and add more footage to the bedroom.

I’m going to put a wardrobe, dresser and extra cabinet for for storage.

I was not only pleasantly surprised that I was able to receive same-day service for my AC, but William was a phenomenal technician. He is both thorough and knowledgeable - highly recommend!

Chris did a wonderful job of diagnosing and fixing my heating issue. He explained the issue and the resolution thoroughly and completed the repair promptly. I highly recommend his work.

I've used them for installing HVAC return ducts and diagnosing plumbing and hot water problems. I'm very impressed by the troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, prompt and courteous service, and clear communication from everyone I've interacted with.

Wonderful all around experience. Robert Gutierrez and Matt Johnson were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Done Rite had the best quote out of four and their service was top notch. Marcos & KJ were very professional and trustworthy with my HVAC system in my personal home. They did an outstanding job on the install of two complete systems. They always showed up when they said they would and did excellent work which I appreciated not having to worry about since I had my hands full with all the other trades going on. I will surely use Done Rite for any of our HVAC projects going forward and would highly recommend to all.
