Talked to them at the home show about getting a estimate for a split system. The people at the booth were great. Called for a estimate & David Brown came came out the same day. Knowledgeable & provided a quote for 2 sizes.before he left.

After a power outage in our community caused issues with my air conditioning units, I contacted Pride Mechanics the following morning. Their response was incredibly prompt, within just a few hours, a technician was at my home.

Hunter, the technician assigned to my service, was exceptional. I would rate him a 5 out of 5. He was highly knowledgeable and clearly experienced, but what stood out the most was his ability to explain the issue and solution in a way that was easy to understand. He quickly diagnosed the problems and resolved them efficiently, restoring full functionality to both air conditioning units.

The professionalism and quality of service I received from Pride Mechanics exceeded my expectations. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

We were very happy with Teigan and his work. He was punctual polite and listened to what we wanted/ needed for an unusual ask running a line for an outlet, He as well as Matt also answered our many questions and handled an ongoing problem we had with our exterior outlets. David provided the best assessment of our HVAC sys that he could. He discovered a malfunction in our air handler that prevented him from making a complete assessment. He will be returning to do the furnace repair and finish.

The Pride workers arrived early and worked diligently to remove the old a/c unit and replace it with an American Standard (Trane) unit. I mean the next comment in the best possible way…they were like monkeys climbing up onto the roof of my 2 story home. After the installation, they changed the thermostat, and tested the system. I was impressed by their performance and efficiency. I would recommend them and Pride Mechanical highly!

Highly recommend Pride. We had a small power surge and it killed my older thermostat. Of course this happened after hours and thankfully they offer 24 hour service. The dispatcher was great and he sent a wonderful service tech out to my home promptly. He took his time to test the whole system and diagnose the issues. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood. He installed a new thermostat and continued to monitor the entire unit to ensure no further issues. I was given a written estimate of other potential work to be done and we reviewed it together. Thank you so much. It was truly a pleasure working with you!

Teagan was GREAT!! He found power in all 4 sources of problem, and replaced 2 outside lights. He has an HVAC calling me later for an appointment and I won't have to upgrade my panel. I would highly recommend Pride Electrical and Teagan!!!

Non service. Tech was super friendly. Looked at unit from hallway, never touched it, acknowledged it was old and proceeded to say he could do nothing and if he checked for carbon monoxide he'd have to shut off gas....scare tactic sales pitch IMO. System works fine! Supposed to be part of annual "service plan" we paid for. Feel ripped off.

I have used Pride Mechanical to maintain my HVAC system for the last few years. My latest service was performed today by Kevin Greene. As with the other technicians who have inspected my system, he was prompt, courteous, and professional.

The technician, Kevin, was very knowledgeable and straight to the point while explaining the procedure of evaluating my HVAC. I was very impressed with his professionalism during the HVAC overview included in my Pride Club subscription.

Unprofessional company.

Had some issues with the water heater and the "technician" came out, did zero troubleshooting and gave a quote for a new water heater. When asked if it could be the heating element, it was "uhhhh it could be but it might not fix it and it's about the same price anyway." Untrue--heating element is like 50 bucks. He didn't open the water heater up to shoot power to the elements or anything. Just a quick quote for how much it is for a whole new unit--and then if you look up the unit they quote, they double the price on it NOT including labor.

Had someone else come take a look and what a surprise--he shot power to the heating element within about 5 minutes, showed it was bad and replaced it for a fraction of the price.

All that tells me is that this company is trying to get as much money out of you as possible and that their "technicians" don't know what they're doing.

I would definitely call pride for any home assistance. Fair prices, great workers and fast service. Teagan was knowledgeable on our electric issue and did an amazing job to replace our broken lights.

Arranged to come to my home and never turned up. No call or text just silence. A day later they called and said they had no office near my area.
The question is, if this is true why are they on Google local showing less than a mile from me?

Roman was thorough, friendly, and professional. He took time to explain his findings and recommendations. I am very glad we had the service done.

Terrible and unprofessional Company. I called the other day and Made an appointment for today, Friday, and they said that my tech would be here between 11 and 2 PM. They also said that he would call 30 to 40 minutes before To state that he’s on his way. It’s now after 130 so obviously he’s going to be late so I called Pride and I said what’s going on. He obviously won’t be here on time. So the lady put me on hold and after a few minutes came back and said “oh sorry our appointment advisor said that it is best to reschedule for next Tuesday afternoon”. So I rescheduled my whole day and I’ve been sitting around here waiting for no reason at all!?!

Friendly service by Mr Hunter. Technician was knowledgeable trouble shot and fixed issues that the last technician dropped the ball on. Fixed my leak and set my Google home thermostat correctly.

Roman arrived perfectly on-time to inspect our HVAC systems, which PRIDE installed 2 yrs ago. OMG! Roman was amazingly thorough, took photos, explained future maintenance, and was friendly, respectful of our property and courteous. We have had great experience w/ PRIDE, but this visit and service call by ROMAN went above and beyond! Thank you ROMAN T.!!

Carlos did an outstanding job of installing a new water heater in our home. The installation looks great compared to what was done previously 15 years ago by another company. I would not hesitate to recommend Carlos or Pride Mechanical Heating and Cooling. The installation looks great and we are very pleased with the installation.

Johnny was a great technician! He was Organized, educated on the appliance, considerate, problem solved and also gave tips on how to have a better experience going forward. I totally recommend Johnny.

Kevin Greene came to the rescue this morning. The new HVAC system installed by Pride 5 days ago required some adjustment in order to provide optimal service. Kevin worked with the system, explained how to best configure the complex WiFi thermostat, and brought everything into optimal working order.

Had an issue with an overactive dog crashing into an outdoor spigot causing a leak that needed the water to the house shut off. Reached out to a few plumbers until I hit Pride. Pride gave me an initial answer similar to the other plumbers of "we can schedule for tomorrow" before the operator stopped mid sentence and readjusted to get us help tonight as she didnt want us waiting till tomorrow without water. Awesome work on her end. Zack was dispatched to us, arrived quick, gave us 2 heads up calls so we had the dogs ready, fixed our piping, helped to support our piping and did a fantastic job all around. First time using Pride, but wont be our last.
