Had some electrical work done around my home. Sergio was on time and very efficient. Got the job done quick. He also explained to me what exactly he was doing and also added some future fixes that may be needed . Highly recommend Done Rite services and there amazing personnel.

When my mom's AC went out several years ago in the middle of a heat wave, Done Rite brought out a portable AC unit to keep her cool until they could send their techs out to install a new unit. Recently that unit needed repair, but the warranty had expired just a few weeks before. However, Done Rite honored the warranty when they came out to do the repair. I don't usually write reviews, but a company like this is well deserving of my 5-star review. They'll be my first call the next time we have an HVAC need.

Sergio was great. He not only did what was required but took extra steps to make our future installation easier. Excellent. Don’t ever give him days off, your customers deserve more of him.

Our water heater went out and we were without hot water for a week. Done Rite Services stepped in and saved the day. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. Excellent service from start to finish.

I should have given them a review before this but better late than never! This company completely replaced an HVAC system in my townhome for thousands less than the other bids I received from pushy salesman. Since then, I have called them many times to take care of problems that my elderly mom has had at her home. They have been a total blessing for me because I now live out of state. They have always been so polite, on time, and reasonably priced. I refer them to friends and family whenever I have the chance.

Chris was simply AWESOME! He came to winterize my heating system. He found a gas leak and immediately got to work repairing everything necessary. He was finished in short order and my heating is purring like a baby. I'd recommend having him take care of your HVAC needs every time. Done Rite has done right by me!

We needed a new water heater due to the age of ours(21 years). Not only were they able to get the brand we requested, the work was done quickly and completely and Elijah himself was incredibly friendly and professional.

The price was amazing, especially for what I got, I would have expected to pay significantly more.

Robert and Matt were the two specialists that came to install our water filtration system. It involved cutting into the drywall, running electrical and patching the drywall back up. They were personable, professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. The install looks like it was part of the original build. Keep in mind that the drywall mud isn't dry yet but i can see that it look great. I would definitely recommend their services.

I had my laundry drain overflowing, another company came out and said I need 10s of thousands of dollars of repairs. I called Done Rite to get another opinion. Anthony and his partner came and took a camera through all my pipes and saved me tons of money. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We just moved into our house and our double range oven would only heat to 250 degrees. Joshua and Manny got it up and going. They were both very nice and professional. I would definitely use this company again if I should have any other issues in the future. Highly recommend.

Had an excellent experience with Chris, the technician from Done Rite Services. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had my air conditioner running better than it has in years. Marcos & KJ did a great job of removing my old heatpump and replacing it with a new 5-ton unit in just a few hours. They were thorough, courteous and gave clear explanations of what needed to be done to get everything ready. In short they were top-notch installers, as promised!

Done Rite is always fantastic to work with; they’re my go-to for HVAC (full AC/furnace replacement), plumbing (drain and shower troubleshooting), and electrical (adding outlets). Reasonable pricing, clear communication, quick follow-up. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind, prompt, and willing to take the time to explain things clearly. Truly a five-star local company!

I highly recommend Done Right. They were great to deal with for replacement of my HVAC heat/AC system. I had contact with four different people in the company, all of whom were friendly and professional with good communication. They showed up on time, were polite, and cleaned up after themselves.

I am a senior citizen, and my HVAC system was installed in conjunction with a charitable program that Done Rite participates in, together with American Standard, who donated the unit, and the Pima Council on Aging. There was no charge to me (Done Rite covers the cost of labor, sundry parts, and labor installation) but, my review would be the same, even if I had paid.

Robert & Matt did a superb job installing our stove fan. Who knew that task involved so many talents for which they were well qualified. I especially appreciated their cheerful attitude throughout the whole process and they were fastidious with protecting my cabinets and countertops along with clean up! Highly recommend Done Rite.
