We have used Nichols for basic AC maintenance along with installation of a new mini-split and duct work, which has transformed the overall comfort of our home. They are attentive to details and work to address customer concerns - such as balancing out the air flow throughout our house. Great service all around!

In the midst of the highest temperatures this summer so far in Tucson, Nichols Air Conditioning Specialists came to our rescue in a rapid and professional manner when our unit failed. Their technicians arrived on time on the day we were told they'd install the new unit; and within a few hours our new air conditioner unit was up and running! I highly recommend them to anyone who has air conditioning repairs or replacement needs.

Paul was excellent on fixing the issue with my AC unit. He found the issue put in a new capacitor and the AC is back to working. I appreciate the excellent customer service and quick response to my need. Nichols is the best.

Nichols does a great job. They installed my system almost 2 years ago. They just performed an annual service. Scheduling was easy. They answered my questions. They were here on time and did an efficient job. They carried all the parts that were needed. Prices was reasonable.

Extremely pleased with Nichols Air. I called for help on a Sunday evening. I had been gone for a long weekend, when I returned, the temp in my house was 87 degrees. I called at 630 Sunday evening and to my surprise the owner called me back almost immediately. He said they'd have someone come by about 5:00 pm Monday. The technician, Dawson, called me at 130, he was on his way. He was very professional, wasted no time diagnosing the problem, and had the part he needed on his truck. In less than an hour my air conditioner was up and running.
I wouldn't hesitate to refer them, and use them in the future.

Nichols A/C is the best. My new A/C had a factory defect and Paul tracked it down, found the problem and got the factory to send the replacement, several trips and no cost to me.

After another company was unable to diagnose a problem with our mini-split unit, we called Nichols. The owner, Phil Nichols, took the call and a courteous, professional technician arrived within a few hours. The problem was addressed immediately and we will be using Nichols Air Conditioning for any future service needs.
