We have been with Air Excellence since 2017 when we replaced our two 20 year old hvac systems and added a split unit for the cart garage/workshop. They are great and reliable.

I dealt with 7 local HVAC contractors to find the best value system for us. Some were useless. Some were so full of themselves. Travis was completely down to earth. Clearly stated what he observed. Listened to me (I have solid experience) and worked with me to lay out a plan. He was the least " salesy" guy.

I read the nice reviews when I hired Air Excellence as well.. and was impressed with their scheduling and organization as well when I hired them.. But now-days with everything so expensive what is most important to me is not a great scheduler or friendly person .. but for me it is "integrity, honesty and quality of work. " I hired Air Excellence to do a job for me and less a year after their completion, their work fell apart.. and I know they will reply with some answer with a nice explanation ... so I wanted to verify the work they did was in fact sloppy, poor quality and should be covered by the company... so I had TWO other licensed A/C contractors review their work.. and both were really surprised Air Excellence would not stand behind their work. One HVAC contractor even suggested reporting air excellence to the State . So if you are looking for a company that will stand behind their work.. with A/C and heating work being so as expensive as it .. I personally found that Air Excellence does NOT... and on other platforms I saw a lot of other dissatisfied customers.

I bought my dual AC and Furnace units years ago from this company. And I enrolled in their bi-yearly inspection program. The technician, Don, who comes to do the evaluations is really thorough and always on time. He is professional and courteous. Heck, he is almost like family (remembering my wife's name and even my dog's name ~grin) I highly recommend them for BOTH sales and service.

This was an after hours repair. Joe was here when he said he would be. Very nice. Checked on the outside and then came in and went into the attic. He thought he found the problem up there and it seems like he did because I once again have cold air.

Prompt, polite, knowledgeable and honest. The furnace was buzzing. ...but not when the technician came! He inspected it, ran some efficiency tests and noticed 2 missing screws on the housing. He replaced them and added duct tape elsewhere. No buzz but we will record it if it happens again! Excellent service. Thanks.

Rich arrived right on time, the day before Thanksgiving to start my heating system, thought I needed a part and would have to wait until after the weekend, but Rich went to his truck and found something that would fix it.
Love this company.

We did not do business with air excellence but we learned a lot from the initial visit that we had and we were between them and another company to put in our HVAC system.

These people are very knowledgeable and know their business I highly recommend them.  Their prices are highly competitive we ended up going with another company because of inventory shortages, which is not their fault.

We used Air Excellence to replace our unit last year and received exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire process. Recently, we had them come out for a check-up, and the service was once again excellent! We've had nothing but an amazing experience all around.

Air Excellence installed my new heat pump several years ago. I had very specific requirements about clearances and placement of the unit and the installer made several trips to my home to ensure that he could meet them. He did, and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated.
Since that time, I have had them check the unit regularly. They are always prompt, friendly, and professional. I will continue to use them and recommend them highly.

Rick did an Excellent job for us. He came out on an emergency call and diagnosed the issue right away. We will have a new compressor by tomorrow morning, Thank God!

Called to say would be their a bit early, diagnosed and fixed a problem in less than an hour dealing with the cooling system on a rental property I own. Was priced quite reasonably.

Thank you, Air Excellence! They installed a new heat pump HVAC in October and have helped us through the shake down including our 28 degree morning today. They respond quickly and their technicians are familiar with the equipment they installed and our "smart" thermostat I installed. No extra charge for all the hand holding they've done two and one half months after installation.

They performed maintenance on two Mitsubishi mini splits and did a good job.
The cost was reasonable, especially compared to the previous HVAC company we used which really gouged us.
We will use this company again.

I called early this morning because our furnace was making a loud whistling kind of noise. The receptionist listened to the loud noise and said she would get me an appointment today. A minute later she called me back and advised me to disconnect the furnace till it was checked out. Not to long thereafter, Don, the service tech arrived. He thoroughly checked out the furnace, and at first the noise wasn't present. After checking the settings on the unit, he found that the insulation along the top was dried out and not making a tight seal. He replaced the insulation and he solved the minor problem. Both folks I dealt with were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I renewed our contract and will most definitely request Don the next time we need service on our furnace or A/C. We were most pleased, thank you Don.

We called Air Excellence as soon as their office opened this morning and a technician was sent out today to evaluate our A/C unit which quit working yesterday. Their technician, Jonathan, communicated in an easy to understand way as he performed a thorough evaluation. He was timely, professional, courteous, and thoroughly explained all our options. We feel confident in this company's integrity, and are glad to have found them!

The latest service to fix the problem that occurred during installation by Air Excellence was good and the technician was right on time. Regrettably this could have been avoided if the technician who installed our new HVAC systems had wired them correctly. Hopefully we will not have any other problems.

Finding a company you can trust is always important. Air Excellence has taken care of more than one home for us. They’re always prompt and professional plus they have fair pricing with quality workmanship.

Awesome. Gave & explained options. Ended up upgrading. Explained difference of 1 fan vs 2 out here in the desert. Office people were very helpful as well as tech helped me on my tablet to expedite. They also did my sons 2 years ago & they were very pleased.
