Called for service around 2pm when I realized the heat was not working and Semper Fi arrived less than 3 hours later! Very impressive! The technician (CJ, I believe) was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and spent time looking into the (intermittent) problem. Thank you so much!

The service reps were very professional and very courteous. However, I did not need the or services after all. There was a GFI breaker that I noticed when they were at the property. I clicked it and the power came back on for my tankless water heater. I have used SemperFi In the past, and they have always been very professional.

Dealing with Semper Fi has been the best experience we have had out of several other companies over the years. The service has been above and beyond. Our new system was delivered and installed the next day instead of weeks which was unexpected. We also had a plumbing issue which was also promptly fixed and we back up and running.

Semper Fi gives me comfort knowing my A/C and heater are in good working order. They are not the cheapest, but very knowledgeable technicians. John was willing to figure out whatever we could to make sure the system is running to the max efficiency.

Alex did a fabulous job. He went above and beyond a typical system check. He was very helpful explain my system and filters as we just bought the house.

Communication was great, their technician was personable and extremely professional. The estimate for preventative maintenance was fair and there wasn't a hard sell. Which for me being in hospitality and customer service my whole life is a major put off. Would highly recommend Semper Fi and will be using them for other services in the future.

We had a recent water heater flush and plumbing check with Anthony as our technician. He was able to change out our garbage disposal, snake needed drains, and fix some work needed under two sinks. All completed same day even though we were not scheduled for plumbing work. Amazing work from Semper Fi, as usual.

Needed a wet bar faucet spout replaced. I ordered the part and it was shipped without mounting hardware which I didn’t know until your first plumber came. He helped out by contacting the supplier directly and got the parts shipped no charge. The second plumber came and installed it in about 20 minutes. Did a neat job and cleaned up. Very friendly and professional guys.

They arrived right on time. They flushed my water heater, checked my water pressure and water quality, all for one low price. They were very friendly. I’ll be using them again for my annual a/c tune-up.

The technician for our most recent repair was great, he was very nice and quick with the part replacement. He showed pictures and explained everything to us.

Heating was not working on one of our HVAC systems although the ac worked great! Semper Fi came out within a couple of hours. Their Tech was knowledgeable and went through both systems top to bottom. He offered suggestions to enhance and quiet down both systems startups. The thermostat on the system in question was not functioning correctly so was replaced. He installed a new one in record time! So happy I called them!

We had to replace our water heater. Brandon was great through the entire process. He thoroughly explained everything and they were very responsible with the install. They stayed to make sure everything was working fine and fixed any issues immediately and they cleaned up after themselves when they left.

From the initial contact, it was a pleasant experience. From the lady on the phone to Richard that came out and took care of my issue with my hot water heater. Although it was expensive, Semper Fi offered a great discount and I am super happy with the work!
