Jonathan came out yesterday and he was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Gave me some valuable information and in the future we may follow up with it. I call the office and the lady answering the phone is friendly and very helpful. When we got our unit, we were thinking of going with another company and we’re so thankful we chose the correct one, Air Excellence!

Rich was prompt and professional, as always. In addition to being technically skilled, he is always very pleasant to work with.

Doing business with Air Excellence is a great learning experience for exceptional service performance. Rich our service technician, called 30 minutes before his arrival and was on time. He is very knowledgeable of his trade, and addressed our a/c units issue immediately and accurately. The cost for the service was very reasonable and fair. Rich was very professional - on time, informed me of everything he was doing and how it was progressing, and very friendly. He also cleaned up when he was finished. Recommend highly.

The technician was very knowledgeable about his job and he did a thorough job diagnosing the problem. He identified oil around some suspect welds and tested them. To be sure, he tested other areas as well. He didn’t take any shortcuts. The leak was very small but large enough to disable the unit. He explained everything as he did it and re welded the suspected leak. After testing for leaks again, he was confident that the leak was fixed. He expressed that if it wasn’t he would come again and he insured this problem was resolved. Jonathan is conscientious about his job and is an excellent representative of the company.

I have used air excellence for multiple buyer HVAC inspections. They are always professional, courteous, and kind. Today my inspector went the extra mile to go back on the roof and check for a possible gas leak and look inside the vents to check the ductwork even though that is not a typical part of inspections. Very pleased and will continue to recommend to my buyers

Jonathan was very prompt and very polite! He explained everything that he needed to do and he completed it quickly. He also suggested adding a surge protector and explained why and what it would cost, I agreed and he installed it and the job was all done within about an hour. Great technician friendly and professional. Only sold me the parts I needed and didn't try to "fix" anything that wasn't broken or asked for. Then showed me how to properly clean my unit. They have a customer for life now and I will ONLY be going to them in the future for my AC. They handled everything with integrity and professionalism wish more companies did.

I had an issue with my A/C system not turning on this past weekend “Mother’s Day weekend “
The owner responded to me very quickly and explained a couple of things to check. That didn’t solve my problem. At that Point he dispatched a technician to my home.
In less than 2 hours from my 1st call, My A/C was back up and running.
The Technician (Joseph) very nice, respectful, clean uniform and knowledgeable.

Our air conditioner went out on a very hot Friday night after normal work hours. My husband called Air Excellence, left a message with their emergency line and got a quick response. Rich came to our house and took care of the problem very quickly. And he told us that we were still under warranty. On top of that, Rich was extremely friendly and communicative. He remembered installing our unit in 2019, he remembered my husband's name when he called, and the location of the AC. Great guy, we are grateful.

Quick and responsive with quotes and service. Our compressor had finally run its course and Air Excellence Heating and Cooling provided us several options on a path forward. The whole staff from the top down was very professional and accommodating to our needs. All future needs will be through this company because customer service is phenomenal. Just had a full AC unit replaced. I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were quick to organize the job after I accepted the quote. The workers that came and installed the unit were well mannered respectful young men. Every person I dealt with from start to finish was A+ for customer service.

We decided to call Air Excellence after waiting for answers from our home warranty company. Rich stopped by our house within 2 hours and gave us some options for replacement of our 20 year old unit. I called Erika first thing the next morning and she had us scheduled for an HVAC replacement the next day. Marty and his crew showed up at 7:25am and were done with the install by 11:00. Everyone in this company is very professional and top notch and we couldn't be happier to have a working AC again!
