Periodic maintenance. Arrived on time, very friendly and efficient. Listened to my concerns and found an issue that is likely the reason our cooling bills were so high this summer. Very good service and great people to work with

Once again, air excellence saved the day. O renter let us know that the heat wasn't working and we called to request service. The problem turned out to be more complicated than I am able to describe. They sent a technician out 4 hours later and restored the heat in about an hour. 5 stars seems too little!

Arrived 2 days after I called. No heat. Fixed it in a couple of hours. So far so good! Found it cheaper to buy their one year maintenance warranty and get a discount on labor and parts and supplies than to NOT buy the warranty. Expensive, but mostly due to the cost of the new Freon.

Air Excellence was outstanding from start to finish. They came out right away, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced our entire HVAC system efficiently. Marcus the tech was prompt and knowledgeable. He checked out what we asked and did a great job explaining what he was doing.

The technician said my hot water heater was old and since it was still working as it should, it was risky for him to drain water from it Best to use it until it stops working. I appreciated his honest opinion. Most would tell you it’s time to buy a new one. When the time comes for a new hot water heater, Semper Fi will get my business!

Had two appointments for service (contracted) maintenance. Air conditioner and hot water heater dump and fill. Technicians were incredible and answered all my questions. Service was done on a timely and professional manner. Get the maintenance plan!!! Recommend 💯

I had my AC breakdown down along with the main house breaker go out mid morning. I had to have a electrician replace the main breaker. Then the A.C. motor was running but no air. By this time it's late afternoon on a Sunday. I contacted Sempi Fi air and they were able to get AC repaired by that evening. The technician was awesome 👌 and was very informative and even offered to get my Granddaughters a cold drinks. She showed me the piece that had gone out and was being replaced. She was able to repair the unit in the dark on the roof. I highly recommend this company , and the technician was awesome

Had a problem with a failed split HVAC unit. Fortunately I also have a swamp cooler in my workshop. Took a while to get HVAC fixed, some mix-ups. Parts were under warranty. Friendly competent workers. I had agreed to pay for the labor but so surprised no charge. Company tried hard to resolve the problem. I would comfortably continue to call on them to maintain and repair my HVAC's.
