Semper Fi did maintenance on my water heater. They found the sacrificial anode rod needed replacement which they did.
More importantly, they solved a water leak that was causing me over $300/month in charges. Donny quickly went through all the causes in a few minutes:
House shut off stopped the leak, so it wasn't the main line.
Shutting the irrigation didn't stop the leak, so not that.
Then Donny checked automatic pool fill. It was putting out water even though the pool was over full. I wondered where all that water was going, since $300/month is like 3 pools worth of water. It turns out pool skimmers have an overflow drain.
Donny quickly fixed the automatic fill (same as on a toilet fill) and the leak stopped!!

Installation team were clean, thorough, on time, and amazing! They worked for 12-hours finishing the installation and explaining everything for 2 new ac units and furnaces. Highly Recommended!!!

Follow-up technician failed to share the same quality of service. He was late every time without calling, didn’t have everything needed, and made excuses.

Semper Fi has been a huge blessing to my life. I have tried for 5 years to get heating and ac into my Arizona room connected to my park model. I was able to get heat in but ac has been very difficult. They installed a new HVAC a few weeks ago. I asked if they could connect a duct to my AZ room. They were the first company to do it. I watched as Manny and Axel.

Big thanks to the entire crew from Semper Fi Heating and Cooling. Bryce came out and did our inspection. He is a great communicater and explained our issues in terms we could easily understand. He provided photos and gave us options. It was very apparent our unit needed replacing. The very next day a crew arrived and replaced our old unit. The office was helpful and pleasant. Thanks again for a seamless and no hassle process. We appreciate it.

We signed up for a inspection and Alex G. was amazing he explained everything perfectly. He even went out of his way to follow up to explain to my husband since I expressed that I wouldn't be able to communicate effectively since I am no expert on this. Jesse H. and Aron N. were our technicians and were beyond professional ,helpful and efficient. They answered any questions we had and we respectful throughout the entirety of the day. They explained how to use our new thermostat. I can not recommend and commend this company enough.

We had our water heater serviced and the gentlemen who came were very professional and nice. They made suggestions on things we may want done in the future, but no pressure to sign right away. They gave us an estimate on what repairs may cost when we decide. I highly recommend Semper.Fi and their team for all your plumbing, a/c and heating needs. What an amazing experience with this company. Living in AZ you have the opportunity to use many different companies. This was by far the best experience I have had. They gave us a free inspection associated with a Christmas deal. I was expecting to have all these "repairs" like previous companies. The technician i had (Alex G.) Did a ton of test and was very open and honest about my system and what was good and may need attention later. He was very respectful and professional. He actually went in my attic and ran the system, which I cant say that any other company has ever done for me. After this experience I will be using them for all my A/C and Heater needs!!!

Our furnace went out on the coldest day here in Arizona! We called and they had a tech out the next morning. We are very happy about the service that Semper Fi provides for us. We were very thankful for the warranty package we had purchased.

The service I received, and continue to receive should be considered the standard for all others to follow. The office staff is very responsive and cheerful. The technicians are personable and professional. They always take some time to get to know you just a little bit. Installation was quick, clean and effective.

I'm a very handy, DIY engineer type and was going to install myself but the money spent to have Semper Fi install my unit was more than worth it.

We had a great experience with Semper Fi! I originally chose them because they’re veteran owned and I support that 100%, but I wasn’t expecting the great customer service we received! I originally called for a tune up and Alan was great! He was thorough and showed us exactly how our system looked (which wasn’t good). We’ve never had someone do that. We got the financing done, which was smooth and they got me the best deal I qualified for. The next day, they came and replaced our whole system and were knowledgeable and walked me through setting up everything through my phone. Now our A/C and heater work perfectly! Thank you guys so much!

Excellent customer service, Brad explain in detail on each plan and how the units work. The technicians were very professional, they were very keen in keeping my items clear from debris and prior to leaving explained what they did and how the new thermostat works as well as cleaning up after themselves.

I don’t recall the name of the gentleman who came to do the check up on our AC system, but he was the nicest most professional AC guy. I think I have ever met and while he was here, he even got to see the rattlesnake that came into the backyard and we enjoyed the event together.

The two emplyees from Copper Valley Cooling, Heating & Electrical did an exceptionally fine job. They installed the heating and cooling units for the house and a mini split for the family room where there is no ductwork. The workmanship was phenomenal and they took time to answer any questions that I had during the installation.
