I was looking for some 4” in air filters which are hard to find locally. A friend told me to go to Adobe HVAC. They had the size I needed & they weren’t expensive. I will come back for the filters again.

As a retired HVAC tech this place is great! Living on the northwest side of town we now have a place with a great selection of HVAC equipment, parts and fittings. Whether your a do-it yourself or a company it is the place! The service and prices and great too!

They were so helpful!!! They patiently answered my father’s questions and even ran after my car when I forgot my fuse. Couldn’t ask for better service even 10 minutes before close on a Friday. I will be back for any of my AC needs.

Stopped at the Prince location as it was on my way home. Needed 2 10x10x8 wyes, they had them in stock. After installing them in the ceiling and attempted to attach the existing 10" rigid duct to the wye. It wouldn't fit. Measured the ends of the wye found it was 9 11/16" all the way around on both ends. Stopped at the store and spoke to guy behind the counter. Very unhelpful. Ask if they had some kind of transition or adapter, he said " No, that piece is made for flex duct. You're going to have one made." OK um flex duct is 10" which fits perfect on the existing 10" rigid duct. If you're selling a product that is advertised at a specific dimension make it's actually said dimension. Never use this place again.

This company uses the most unethical third party installers you will ever meet in a lifetime My dad was dying of cancer wanted to be cool bought a new unit and within 3 days it broke none of these people cared and these third party installers kept coming out and charging us $100 a pop Don't buy from these people it's not worth it I don't care if they've got any reviews they're disgusting watching my dad die in the heat was really really sad and they acted like we didn't have we had no right to expect a working product gross absolutely gross people Gross company

I came in wanting more information on mini splits. Brock, the gentleman working the front desk, was friendly, knowledgeable and went the extra mile. I had specific questions and he answered them all with confidence except one. Which he immediately confirmed with another source to get a definitive answer. I am very pleased with the quality of assistance I received.

I gotta tell you as a guy who has been in the HVAC industry as a sort of "weekend warrior" for the past 22 years i always hoped for a place like this! They always come through in a clutch!. There is always knowledge from the front of the store too the back. Extremely accomodating and just good people! And that folks is who I like to deal with

Brock was so helpful! He was very patient and helped educate me with options to replace a motor on my Master cool. He understood my concerns and helped get me the right parts and gave me a few tips I didn’t know just by showing him a picture. In and out in 10 min. And my color is running just as quiet as ever. I’m so pleased I listened to a neighbor who sent me here.

Came to this place looking for a blower wheel for my AC unit, they did not have it in stock. However, Brock and another gentleman that was at the front desk, took the time to search for this specific wheel online. I was able to buy it and ship over night. Thank you! They didn't just brush me off, great customer service!

This place and the Staff is AWESOME! The Manager is really helpful and knowledgeable! The other guys are also very helpful and great customer service! They all are very welcoming and quick to help with any questions or anything at all! I go here first for any parts and equipment I need mainly due to excellent staff and great prices they offer! Plus they are open on Saturdays like today! GREAT place all around! 5-Star all day long!

With all the storms happening this summer we had our A/C unit quit. We found Adobe HVAC Depot and we are so happy we did. They are locally owned and operated, their prices were a fraction of the cost of the big box stores and Amazon. Customer service was unbeatable! What a joy to find a local shop willing and able to help you out when you are in a jam and not try to gauge you on prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Staff is always so helpful on the phone when I call! Being able to price check and put something on will call is a lifesaver! Just recently my husband needed to help a neighbor with replacement of their fan motor. Luke was fantastic and found the correct fan size, priced it and set it aside for my neighbor to walk in without any hassle. Store is clean and there is always stock. Staff and reasonable pricing with quality products is why we are willing to drive 40 minutes to get what we need.

They have a LARGE selection of everything needed to keep your equipment running right! They saved me SO MUCH money by having just the right pay that I needed and No One Else had! Plus, they had Great advice for me as well !! Call them First for ALL your HVAC needs!

Went in to purchase a blower motor for my ac 3 different times I went in and talked to a different individual each time and all of them were extremely helpful and friendly, they all three took the time to listen and answer all my questions, they even let me vent a little about my situation!!! There really stand up guys and I’ll definitely be back!! 👍
