Great experience! Noah and Carlos were out here on Friday 1/23/26. They were here for Ac Maintenance. They were very professional and explained everything that thery were goinf to do. Answered all my question even gave us a quote for a mini split. We bought this heat pump a couple of years ago and we love it and so happy that Cool Willy's offers a very affordable Maintenance program. Thank Noah and Carlos an Cool Willy's Plumbing, Heating and Air.

James came to help my senior parents with their air conditioning system. He was so knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything to them in a way they could understand, he was the best! They are very happy with Cool Willy’s!

Carlos visited today to ensure everything was functioning properly. He took his time, cleaned up after himself, reviewed all the photos, and sent them via email. He also explained very clearly what was working and what wasn’t. We have a membership with the company, and it truly has been the best investment we could have made. Carlos wasn't pushy at all; he let us know that any issues he found could be addressed at our next service appointment or sooner if necessary. 10/10!

My service was great. And I appreciate it Julian Youtsey, Ben, Will LeComptɛ and DJ. All of them were very considerate and polite. And I really give them a 10 out of 1 to 10 because that's how great they were. Thank you for fixing my sewer problem.

Noah did an outstanding job today servicing our A/C unit and doing a thorough inspection. He gave me lots of information to help me understand the options to repair or replace the aged unit. His communication was very helpful.

Water bill alerted us to a ~3,000-gallon per day leak in the main from the meter to our house— not visible on the surface. We called Cool Willy’s because they’ve been helpful in the past with our HVAC. John came out to examine the problem and provide an estimate. I asked him if they could follow the line back from the meter & repair the leak. We agreed that if the pipe were steel then we’d abandon and replace, but if PVC then we’d excavate and repair. He tried to scratch the dirt off of the pipe through the hole in the meter box and told me it was galvanized. The quote was $9,350. Then he suggested I join their “club” to get a discount. I agreed to do that, so he made a new quote for $8,415. The work: trench 90 feet from the meter to the house, install the line with a shut-off valve at each end and a new regulator; backfill the trench (no repaving).
I told him that I found the price to be very high. But eager to stop pouring money into the desert, I decided not to get other estimates.
I later called to ask for an invoice showing material and labor breakouts, but John informed me “We don’t usually do itemized costs.” After I pressed him for some kind of rationale he said they charge $100/ft as a flat rate. Comparing with national and state averages I found trenching to a one-foot depth typically runs only $12-$50.
The excellent work crew, Jesus and Luis, came and started excavating the line next to the meter, discovering that the line was in fact PVC. They also discovered the pipe dove straight down four feet about two feet from the meter; likely a result of grading when the house built. They called the office and told me the next steps were up to me. Reluctant to ask the them to dig a four-foot deep trench for 90 feet, I told them to abandon the existing line and dig a new trench per code. They worked diligently and expertly for 2-1/2 days to finish the work. They were friendly and competent, and helped me understand the process as they went.
I’m happy with the outcome and quality of their work and I think Jesus and Luis are to be commended for quality work and customer service.
I do think that John should take more time on his estimates, to make sure he fully understands the job before prescribing a solution. I’ll think twice again about hiring Cool Willy’s for plumbing work in the future. Their failure (and essentially refusal) to provide a detailed breakout of estimated costs on a written estimate prior to start of work smacks of sloppy business practices.
Cool Willy’s was previously called Williamson’s. I have paperwork from them going back more than five years that includes detailed written estimates. I don’t know why they changed their name, nor what else changed in that process, but what I see today is very diligent and responsible work crews, but very shakey estimating and billing practices by the owners. I hope they improve. -
We had an excellent experience with Noah from Cool Willy! He was extremely friendly, informative, and efficient from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do, which we really appreciated. He even wore shoe covers to keep our home clean—such a thoughtful touch. On top of that, he gave my daughter a Cool Willy mascot stuffed animal, which totally made her day. Outstanding service all around. Highly recommend Noah and Cool Willy!

Choosing Cool Willy's Air and Plumbing was the best decision we made. From the initial contact on the phone, the staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and so willing to answer any of our questions.
The technician came out for an annual flush of our hot water on demand system. He he was very quick and efficient and answered questions and concerns we had.
Jared came out for our heating maintenance check. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained the condition of our units. He recommended after testing our mini splits that they should be replaced. Since they hadn't been functioning effectively and were old we went with his recommendation.
Cara organized and scheduled the installation. She was so helpful as well. Matthew contacted us prior to the installation to go over all the details. The day of installation Kevin and Bobby handled the installation with ease. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and made sure all our questions were answered.
Finally, Caleb came out to do a quality inspection check on the mini splits that were installed. He troubleshooted any issues we had and made sure we were able to use the system correctly and efficiently.
Cool Willy's Air and Plumbing exceeded our expectations and we look forward to working with them in the future. A+ recommendation -
We needed our duct work cleaned out and some other HVAC system maintenance. I usually use another company and they quoted me a rather hefty price for what needed to be done so I decided to shop around. Glad I did.
Cool Willy’s is a locally owned company that prides itself on delivering quality service and supporting the local community, something I strongly believe in. Noah and Carlos arrived on time and they got right to work assessing our situation and needs. They were very professional and experienced in their craft. They informed us about everything they were doing, showed us pictures and cleaned up the entire area. AND it was quite a bit cheaper than our usual provider.
We are extremely pleased with the entire experience. I would award them more stars if possible but I will strongly recommend you call Cool Willy’s instead. See for yourself! Heating and Cooling costs are a huge part of homeowners budget and you want to spend those dollars wisely. Thumbs up for Noah, Carlos and Cool Willy’s. -
Brandon didn't disappoint and sent a tech out right away when we informed him our AC stopped working. 110 degrees and 3 kids at home was a formula for disaster but thank you to signature for fixing it! Not only was he able to make the repairs the same day, but he also set us up on a maintenance plan so that we don't ever have to go through that again! Special thank you to Jonathan who made us feel comfortable, was knowledgeable and efficient. 10 stars.

I've had a terrible experience in recent days with this company. First, when I went to set the appointment, I received no follow up or confirmation email. So when I called back a few days later, we did confirm our appointment for tomorrow Friday July 18. I made arrangements to make myself available basically all day as the technicians need access to my house. And just this morning, I've heard they want to postpone my appointment to "sometime in August." I've called multiple times to confirm this with their office and they've promised to call back since yesterday, and I've not heard back. So I'm not even sure about the status of my appointment for tomorrow that has been scheduled for over a week...
Editing this starting here because the story only gets worse:
Brandon, the owner, assured me he would make this right. He gave me his personal contact and gave me a discount, so I felt better about the situation.
However, on the day of my appointment, I texted Brandon to confirm our appointment. He didn't respond at all.
Then, at 3:30, I receive a voicemail stating technician was on their way. This made sense, because our appointment window was between 3 and 5pm.
At 5pm, no one shows. I call the owner, Brandon, and he assures me he's finishing a job nearby and will be at my house in 20 minutes.
Him and his wife pull up at almost 7pm to my house, well over an hour after he said he was 20 minutes away. He gave no explanation as to why he was almost 2 hours late to my appointment, even though several hours earlier someone was "on their way."
Don't trust this company. They only respect you as a customer if you've got a major job like an HVAC replacement. -
Brandon and Monique arrived 30 minutes after I called on a Saturday night. The AC was blowing hot and I was really cranky about it. They had the problem identified within minutes, the replacement part installed shortly thereafter, then offered us savings on the already very reasonable emergency call. It's been a minute since I've had an amazing service experience like this. 💯% Recommend.

Signature Heating and Cooling exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment I met them (I actually walked into their business and met Brandon Johnson, the owner), they communicated clearly and scheduled service quickly. The technician arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly, and replaced my water heater. It’s clear they take pride in their work and truly care about customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of reliable HVAC service in Tucson!

I have been with this company since they helped me nurse an old unit thru as long as possible. Of course I used them for replacement and so on. Excellent!!!
-
They did a great job, we’ve had 4 plumbers out to look at the house and Jose was the first one who was helpful.
-
Cesar and Brian installed our new hot water heater. They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and were very courteous.
I highly recommend them. -
We had Signature Plumbing install a gas line for our grill and firepit, and Caesar did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done perfectly and safely. Caesar took the time to explain the process, answered all our questions, and left the work area spotless. The quality of his work speaks for itself—we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Caesar and Signature Plumbing for anyone needing top-notch service!

-CUSTOMER BEWARE- Hard to believe a fellow veteran would screw me over. Briefly: have a 6yr. old Rheem HVAC system, with a 10yr. warranty on all workable parts. Tricked into buying a 2yr. maintenance agreement for $499 when a capacitor went out in June. In Sept., the factory circuit board went out but was charged $480, surge protector $685, kickstart assist. $543, one hour of labor $110 and a fluid injection $479. This did not resolve the problem as it was determined the Compressor would need to be replaced. Understand, the labor rate is $110 per hour and the compressor and all workable parts have no cost. I was charged $2,445 to install the compressor, the technician was on the roof for 4 hrs., go figure. I was charged $1,749 for 11 lbs. of refrigerant at $159 per lb. The system needed only 6 lbs. at a maximum cost of $80 per lb. An additional $1,042 was added for items associated with the replacement. So in total I was billed approx. $6,500 to repair this unit.
When I questioned the owner, Brandon, about the excessive labor cost, his answers were deceptive and vague as he searched for additional cost to justify his charges. I figure, based on the itemized invoices and consulting with another A/C firm, I was overcharged at least $4,000. I’m currently consulting with a lawyer, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona Board of Contractors.
Please do yourself a favor, and avoid this company. -
I have a very fast, but mostly enjoyable experience with Signature Heating. Funny, I called Goettl before these guys, as I listen to there wonderful commercial daily on the way to work...on how great they are and how fast they will fix your needs? Anyway, Goettl came to my house (within a week of calling them) and said...sorry, we only work for the "big guys" not these smaller jobs on mfg. homes. But, they gave me Signature's name when I asked who might work on "smaller jobs" as myself. I called the same day, and within hours, Signature (Randy) came to my house. He is quite knowledgeable, goes very fast, great salesperson and before I knew it an hour-1/2 later I was buying a complete system, $16,000! I would love to know what Goettl's big guys pay? Install was within a week, all went well, very happy so far! Only warning is...do not finance if you can pay directly. That was the fast part I'm talking about, I did not know what was going on there, and ended up being financed $10,000 through a separate Co. which was going to cost me $26,000. After I picked myself up off the floor, when I got the contract later, I immediately called the Breeze finance company and promptly paid them. Still cost $1500 over my Signature quote. I would have paid Signature directly if I would have known what they were doing! Be careful about that! Almost cost me big time, you only have 90 days to figure that out! Otherwise, I really am enjoying the coolness, and hope my duct work is sealed. Only one room in the back is not cooling efficiently, but I haven't had it checked out yet. Good luck!
