I can’t say enough great things about my technician Noah and the entire office staff at Cool Willy’s. The experience was smooth, professional and pleasant. It is rare to find a team that is not only efficient but also truly cares about their customers, and that’s exactly what you get at Cool Willy’s!

Noah was great! He stopped by today to check on a couple of things and walked me through a few extra items to keep in mind with regards to our new system.
We had a new A.C. unit installed by Cool Willy's a few months back and their service has been great and all of the people we've interacted with from this company have been great and very informative.

This was Noah’s second check up of my system. He was very thorough with both units. He explained the maintenance he performed with pictures. Noah is very professional and personable. Noah was efficient and helpful while doing our annual fall maintenance. He identified a problem with the fan motor which he replaced under warranty. He recommended several other things to increase the effectiveness of our system and came back the next day to install them. He arrived when promised and left the work area clean. Noah did a great job for Cool Willy's and will become our go-to-guy for service.

Ben & DJ did plumbing maintenance. They were professional & just wonderful. We were wondering we could adopt them? Conrad is here now doing hvac. He is just as great. They remind us of why we went with Cool Willys air & plumbing instead of Rite Way. Thank you. You have done a great job choosing people for your staff who are also great with people.

Noah resolved all problems found during annual fall maintenance. In addition, he installed a soft start, an ionizer, and replaced a fan motor under warranty. He carefully and thoroughly explained each step he took including pictures. He arrived promptly and worked efficiently. He worked to give us every discount we qualified for. He was friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend Noah and Cool Willy's.

In December a gas leak was discovered by SW Gas. It was under my concrete foundation in the middle of my house. I needed a new gas line installed. Cool Willy's had done maintenance work on my HVAC system before and I was happy with their work so I called them. Lizandro came to my house and assessed the situation. He explained what needed to happen going forward. He gave me a quote and choices for payment. Tyler and Ben were the guys who did the physical labor, building the replacement line. All of the way all of these men were very professional and very kind. It was hard for me to be without hot water, clothes dryer and gas heat. This was in December so I mostly missed my stove due to baking Christmas cookies, but mainly, I didn't have a way to make my traditional posole. I told Lizandro. He showed up at my house a couple days before Christmas with a loaner two-burner Coleman campfire stove and two canisters of fuel! I was so surprised and thankful! His kindness made me cry. My household has been back to normal for a whole month now. I will always depend on Lizandro and Cool Willy's for my HVAC and plumbing needs. I trust them and I recommend these trustworthy people. I made calls to the office during this experience and the gals were always so knowledgeable, kind and efficient. The people who work at Cool Willy's are on the ball. I LOVE them!

This time Carlos came and did our HVAC maintenance. Same outstanding service as always! Really appreciate the clear explanations of everything he was doing.

Carlos, Matt and Noah came to my place and walked me through my options - a very pricey repair or a new unit. I opted for a new unit with better energy efficiency, taking advantage of rebates. All three gentlemen were very helpful and complete in their explanations of the options and costs. And they were sweet with my dog, too. Thank you!

Wait it out there for appointment when they showed up try to charge me five times more than they told me over the phone just to snake a stack vent. Definitely try to overcharge and sell me more things. Definitely don’t trust them. They’re not reliable and tell you one thing and do another by overcharging. Then the worker Joel just tried to overcharge Me and sat in truck for 45 min and did nothing

Kevin and Bobby installed a new furnace for me. They were very respectful and professional. They answered all my questions and took the time needed to do things right. When they were done they tested both my furnace and air conditioning to make sure everything was operating properly.
They cleaned up and took the old system as well.
They did an awesome job.
I would recommend this company and their staff. Great experience.

Noah and Carlos did an amazing job assessing our home’s current status re air and heating issues and maintenance. I learned things I didn’t know about, got clear explanations and numerous solution alternatives, including support in prioritizing the “need to’s” first and the “want to’s” second—-as things to monitor, stay on top of, and consider dealing with later—-everything in a phased plan vs. all of it at one time now. We received great customer service today, we’re listened to respectfully, had all questions answered, and felt like they really wanted to help us. It was a very positive experience!

Previous owners of company installed the AC unit on 2nd story roof.. Cool Willy’s took over.. I’ve had “issues” mostly due to old bldg and replacing Cooler with AC and they have addressed them ALL...
I’d like to say each and every service man has been SOOOOO nice, also office staff👍 as I write, I’m getting a new motor and a wheel cleaning by Zevin.. he is polite and answers my many questions LOL. I’d honestly give these guys/Cool Willy’s company a
5⭐️ rating.. I’m grateful for them👍
