Great company to work with! I had a 1 ton mini split moved to another part of the house and a 2 ton put in its place. All the technicians were great to work with explaining things as they went along. Very pleased with the work they did and the finished outcome! Would highly recommend signature heating, cooling and plumbing!

Last time someone came to my place and give me estimates for grease track. They say they gona give me quoting after 2 days. I wait for a week and they never call me back. So I call them and they say give me couple days, every time I call them and they always says give me couple days. Bad service

This company put a new air conditioner in my 100 year old Tatas house. They came to do a free service and a component that was not broken was broken during this service. The part was fully covered under warranty and should of been replaced by law. Instead I was given a $700 quote from a non-certified technician who didn't even bother to check warranty status when it was only installed few years ago. We also had a family friend working there who no longer does because he was bullied there by these people, he notified both owners about the situation and they did nothing. Had my family paid that $700 they would of put it right in their pocket. Shady business tactics here they dont care about anything but profit. I called them to talk about it and they said they would call back but they just blew me off. Very unprofessional.

Showed up on time, pleasant, and took pictures to show us the work was done correctly. He also helped us to track down a rattle we heard...that was above and beyond. Would definitely recommend.

Jonathan was exceptionally polite and respectful. He watched me through the inspection and showed me exactly what was going on. He stated that my system was immaculate and I can get another 10 years out of it, but I had a small leak that was easily fixed. The day before, I had had another company come out and they told me that my entire air conditioning and furnace system needed to be replaced. Jonathan didn’t take advantage of the situation and you now have a customer for life.

I called Signature for service for a senior client of mine who I am doing a loan for at 10am. I was able to set up service for that same day between 3-6pm. A text was sent to me to notify that the service man was on the way to my clients home at 2:30pm. The text included his name and even a picture of him. My client said that Jonathan Basiliere was the service man and she was very impressed with his professionalism, service, and attention to detail. She said he explained everything and felt comfortable having him in her home. My client highly recommends Signature. I also, as a loan office, am very impressed with Kayla in the dispatching department. She was very helpful and her attention to detail was off the chart. I will use them in the future for my home.

I had a frustrating experience with Signature Heating, Cooling and Plumbing when trying to schedule a quote for a water heater installation. For the initial appointment, they called 30 minutes before the scheduled time to say the technician had a family emergency and couldn’t make it. I was understanding and rescheduled for two days later. Unfortunately, on the rescheduled date, they called 30 minutes after the appointment time with the same excuse, which came across as unprofessional and unreliable.

While I can empathize with unexpected emergencies, the lack of timely communication and two consecutive cancellations made the experience highly inconvenient. I hope they can improve their scheduling and customer communication moving forward. Based on this, I would rate them 2 out of 5 stars.

The service professional that came for our mini split maintenance was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough. I will add that he was kind and very tolerant of my hovering and asking questions, lol.

I had ac service man out yesterday He checked out my ac unit. Everything was ok. No high pressure sales. He noted my service agreement was expired so I renewed it since I like this company. Like everything else the price had gone up.

I will never use Signature HVAC for plumbing work again. $350/hr for flushing/cleaning a hot water heater is ridiculous! There is no requirement by the heater provider to have a certified plumber perform the Annual maintenance of acid flushing the heater. The fact that I used them to perform the flush was an anticipated belief that they would do so for free or a very reduced cost the first year. Charging $350/hr just because he could be doing another job is just an excuse to overcharge for a simple maintenance.
Edit: I'm editing my review because Brandon authorized a complete refund. I'm pleased that he did this but I'm frustrated that this even occurred. The charge should've been $150 per unit.

Roman and his father Robert came out and replaced the old 40 gal with a new 50gal water heater from Bradford White. They ran into a snag and fixed it right up. Both were very friendly and thorough.

As a vet knowing this company is owned by a vet definitely helps make me want to work with them and glad I went with them.Had a whole new a/c system plus gas water heater installed. Was able to get everything done in one day, and appreciate how much they helped out, they made sure to leave no mess behind and answer all questions. Very polite and was very helpful.

I've been a customer of Signature five or six years now, from sale to installation to semi-annual service checks .... like the one I had today.

Not once have I had a problem.They have never disappointed me. Every time they are straight forward and clear. No gimmicky, slippery talk at all.

This is a local Tucson business. Their prices are fair. I give it my highest recommendation!

Signature came out for a free HVAC checkup. Jonathan Basiliere the technician did a great job, was on time, polite, knowledgeable and explained all of my potential issues and options in a way I could understand. Very happy with the service.

I can't say enough good things about William! He's thorough, informative, detailed in the work he does and friendly! My heater wasn't working on our new system and he came out the same day, got it back up and running. He did a complete system check, found the error, fixed it, cleaned it out, tested everything to make sure it is running in tip top shape. He is definitely someone who takes pride in there work! Thank you William!
