We’ve been working with Nichols AC for a few years now (spring and fall service). They are always professional, on time and helpful. Very pleased.

Dawson HVAC Nichols specialist educated me on how to save money on my gas and electric bills when he performed routine maintenance. Dawson truly cares about his customers. They respond immediately when it is an emergency and don't charge extra on weekends. He asked me if I was happy with the way he adjusted the vents during last maintenance I am. You won't find another company who provides such excellent service. I was shocked they didn't raise prices. Call them they are honest and dependable.

Nichols Air Conditioning Specialists’ team came highly recommended from a friend who had used them for years. They did an excellent job assessing our AC problems and were able to perform maintenance to help our old worn out system last a little bit longer. Nichols AC installed and maintains our AC system. The owner and technicians are knowledgeable, on time and fair. So happy we found this well run, locally owned business. They don't push additional services. Communication is friendly and you can make appointments on line.

I found Nichols on a list of Diamond Contractors for Mitsubishi and couldn't be happier with their service! We needed a minisplit cleaned and the Tech Paul was friendly, efficient and seemed very knowledgeable of the unit. Pricing was more than fair and the unit works like its supposed to again. This was my first time using Nichols. Prompt next day service and they solved my thermostat and HVAC issues without hesitation. Great experience!

Nichols is a very responsive company. We placed a phone call and left a message regarding our heating system, before office hours. Within minutes, Paul returned the call, did a mini triage over the phone, and scheduled a technician for a visit. Dawson, our technician called and let us know when he was 30 minutes away. We also received a text message. Their communication and ability to quickly resolve issues is top-notch.

I highly recommend Nichols Air Conditioning Specialists. We are glad we chose them. Phil provided numerous quotes because we weren't sure what we wanted: heat pump/mini split/traditional gas split. More importantly, he provided sound reasoning and practical advice which helped us decide. Paul, Angel, Chris and the crew did an excellent job installing the A/C. They added sound deadening panels inside the air return and did everything necessary to qualify for TEP rebates. Special shout-out to Paul who magically identified and fixed a barely audible hum. That's one of the little extras that decades of experience provides. Another cool service is the automatic text messages we received when Phil or the crew were heading to our place. Great folks. Great service.

So, they are a great family owned business that have been around for a long time. Folks in the office are nice and they communicate well. I had these folks replace an AC on my elderly mother’s condo. I had other company quotes including Costco’s local representative. It seemed like I was buying a car from a shady dealership. Paul was honest and humble and it just felt good to do business with them. Give them a chance to earn your trust.

Called on a Sunday evening and they were out first thing Monday morning and had my AC running super quick. Great service and will definitely continue to use and recommend.

We recently had Nichols Air conditioning out to perform a tune-up on our ac and heating system, and we couldn't be happier with the experience!

From the moment I called to schedule the appointment, the staff was friendly and efficient. They were able to book us in the next day.

The technician arrived on time. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected our unit and made sure everything was in perfect working order for the upcoming colder months. He took the time to adjust the air flow and even reset the internet connection on our smart thermostat.
The service was comprehensive, the price was fair, and it is great knowing our system is ready for the change of seasons.

Air Excellence was super helpful, and quick with responses. Our technician, was kind, professional, and quick. We will definitely be using air Excellence again.

So far great, waiting for install. Install was completed now worked around a few install issues but went well. Joe and Robert did the bulk of the job great guys knew their stuff. Arrived early to remove the old swamp cooler and furnace intall a totally new system. When done all worked perfectly. Installed on a Thursday today is the following Wednesday and the system is working flawlessly. I'm amazed at how quietly it operates like a whisper! Was concerned it would be noisy my patio chairs are very close to install area. But not an issue at all it's so quiet! Rick the Rep. also knew his stuff came down looked at the install areas and did all calculations on the spot and provided me a price for everything there and then. To date we are very satisfied with this purchase and should be good to go for I hope 20+ years. 5 stars to all involved and this company. I do recommend with out any hesitations.

I have to update review, less than 5 days later the air conditioner broke down again!!! When a relative (with no trained experience)kept saying it was probably frozen, I had him look at it, huge chunk of ice on the coils!! I paid for you not to fix my air conditioner!! Sorry, won't call again
