Called them to come back out and add some freon to the system after them came out and did an inspection on the system a couple weeks ago (see review). Chandler came out both times, and again I was impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and just in the time they were here, I could feel a difference in the house! We will be sticking with them for our HVAC needs now and in the future! Highly recommended!

We have used Ambient Air since 2017 and recently renewed our maintenance contract with them when we moved to a new home. We appreciate the included systems check and service two times a year, free service calls, reduced pricing on parts, and ESPECIALLY that a service person will arrive promptly, either same or next day, if there’s an emergency ie: if unit stops running when it’s 105 outside! Both our previous home and current one have older AC units, but we have never felt pressured into replacing them. Highly recommend.

The folks at Heating and cooling are amazing. They replaced my air-conditioning handling unit. It is running splendidly Very professional and they always keep you informed of when they're on their way to see you and when their job is done

This company was contracted through an extended warranty company. From the staff answering the phones, the inspection technician, to the repair techs service was great. You could tell that they cared about the customer. I did have challenges with my warranty company. However, Ambient Air fought for me and when the parts arrived I was at the top of thier list for the repair. The communication was superb and they were on time.

This gentleman could not be better, every time he services my equipment, He is always a gentleman, clear in his explanations, respectful and gets the job done. He is a keeper.

Came out patched the system came back a few days later and couldn't repair and was still made to pay the 100 fee even after I was told there won't be a charge. They demanded payment and they didn't fix anything. Just 13000 for a new one plus the other 100. Not very nice business practices. Then they tell the warranty company that it's 2 different problems just to get more money when it's just the compressor. Scam company

Despite my compressor fan motor dying on the Friday before Memorial Day, the guys at Ambient Air got my motor ordered and installed the following Wednesday. It would have been a day earlier if UPS didn’t get hung up on the holiday weekend. Great company, great office personnel and my installer, Chandler, was knowledgeable and meticulous with my installation. I Highly recommend this entire organization!

The worst experience ever. Just wanted the A/C cleaned then he ruined our transformer and wanted money to fix it. He didn't want to clean unit good. Charged a fortune just to put a piece of steel wool in a hole. Then he wanted me to put a new contactor on the unit.
I had another contractor come out to give estimate for the one side of house that A/C was broken and he wanted $2,600 for repairs but the other contractor put in a contactor and the unit is working just fine. He tried to blame everything on the mice when it wasn't. Now he has ruined the other unit that was working perfectly. Then he has the nerve to ask for money

Chandler, our tech, was excellent. He texted and called to say he would be here in 10 minutes and he arrived on time, he did a thorough job on the maintenance cleaning, tested everything, looked at our vents to see if they need attention. We have used Ambient Air for many years and we are very happy with their services. I would love to have Chandler for every maintenance call! Good job!!

James and his Trainee were professional and thorough. They diagnosed my problem and got our AC up and running in a few minutes. They arrived at the beginning of the scheduling window and did a great job.

Our Ambient Representative was the most reliable tech we have ever encountered! Chandler was excellent in his explanation of things regarding our air conditioning issue and option! We felt safe trusting his guidance!

We had an issue with condensation leaking buckets of water through our roof. James from Ambient Air took care of the issue. They were prompt, diligent and professional. I would certainly use them again.

Maintenance personnel arrived and evaluated the situation in a timely manner from initial phone contact to arrival. Prepared documents for repair of unit as opposed purchase of new unit to evaluate decision. Spoke on speaker phone with my son who assists me with decisions. Gave temporary fix to unit until decision is made.
