Technician Joe did an outstanding job. He troubleshot the system, found the root cause of my problem and then resolved the issue with a new hardwire installation joe’s knowledge of my system and his assurance of help if I need it provided me with a good sense of being in good hands for air-conditioning and heating needs for the future

Tech explained all nicely, and performed all maintenance quickly and professionally. Cannot ask for more.
Also bought electrostatic air cleaner, which we hope will reduce de respiratory issues we have

Giovanni was professional and respectful. He detected a problem, he didn’t have the part in the truck, drove to find it and returned to fix the problem. He communicated clearly each step. Great Job!

The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. The only issue I have is the company didn’t provide updates as to the arrival time. I was waiting at home for the full 4 hour window. They should have texted me with a more specific time in the morning.

The attention to care and performance of my heating and cooling is always top notch. They really take that extra step in making sure my system continues to perform efficiently. Tim was very knowledgeable and we really appreciate the customer care he showed us.

D&H service techs arrived as scheduled, both were polite and friendly, and both helped educate me on the service needs for our heating/air-conditioning system as well as some useful options to help the system run more efficient. I appreciate them allowing me to look over their shoulders as they inspected the system and fully answered each of my questions. I would gladly use them again if needed.

We had a problem with our thermostat and could not operate our heater. D%H sent over 2 technicians who rapidly diagnosed the problem(s) and were able to complete the repair in just a few hours to have us up and running again.

Excellent preseason visit by Merlin to evaluate our A/C system. He demonstrated a detailed knowledge of our system and listened to my concerns and observations. Merlin helped me understand potential options to maintain and hopefully extend the life of our AC Unit and performed the services that seemed to be the best for us. His examination of the system was through and efficient. Very professional.

I do not recommend D&H Air Conditioning & Heating at all.

We purchased a brand-new system with warranty for about $10,700, and from the very beginning it had water leaks. I reported the issue at least six times. Every time they came, they did not fix the problem—they just patched it with glue instead of providing a real repair.

Recently, the unit stopped cooling and started overheating, so I tried to use the warranty. They told me the “missing part did not exist,” which turned out to be false. I contacted several other companies, and all of them confirmed that the part is available. I had to call D&H back myself with this information before they finally came to install it.

During that visit, they damaged part of the ceiling, left broken parts, did not replace the air filters, and did not install the cover, and yet they still charged us. Even after all this, the problem has not been fully resolved.

Every time I call, they say the “project manager” will call me back—but that never happens. I have been waiting for days for a real solution. The service is disorganized, unprofessional, and evasive.

This is especially upsetting because they are taking advantage of an elderly person over 60 years old who paid a large amount of money for a system that has not worked properly since day one.

Poor installation, poor customer service, poor warranty support, and zero accountability.
I do not recommend this company.

Made an appointment to service a broken AC unit. No one came. No one called. I tried to reach someone by phone between 2 and 4:30. Despite the posted business hours being 7:30-4:30 no one answered. No emergency number available. I won’t call them again.

The whole team is great. From the phone call, to the installation team to any needed maintenance. They are always curteous and know customers drive their business. I can't recommend enough

We had a person come out to do an estimate and we called 4 times to get the estimate and no one ever called us back. They just Mt kept saying we have the technician your message but no reply. They came out a few months ago. Really disappointed.
