This morning we called Nichols A/C to see if they could squeeze us in for a service call since our A/C wasn’t cold. Technician Paul Maxwell arrived on time and immediately got to work. Within minutes, Paul was able to determine that the breaker for the A/C had been tripped. Paul tightened the breaker and checked all equipment on the roof to confirm everything was working properly. Paul was polite and professional. Thank you Nichols A/C and Paul. We appreciate your great service!

We had an issue with an air conditioning unit we bought from Nichols. When I called the company, I spoke to Phil Nichols, who came out himself to assess the situation. He tracked down the parts and made sure it was fixed within a couple weeks. We are really happy and grateful!

There was no follow up after our appt on 9/6/2025. We were told we would be contacted first thing 9:8 and nothing as of 1533 PM. They have lost our business

New fan of DandH! Saturday my AC went out and I had family in town. House with 9 people. My prior company and a company that is advertising all over the place on TV had no one available till Sunday afternoon. DandH, made it happen and Kalem showed up before 7. It was an incredible response in an emergency situation. He diagnosed and gave me the 2 options. Both costly but was honest and luckily for me, it was a relatively quick repair getting me up and running with a cool house for bed. I have to replace my system anyway but they have earned my business. Thank you Kalem and D&H!

The technician did a wonderful job diagnosing our problem, however our unit is only 3 years old and it has had issues at least twice a year for the last 3 years. I feel D&H installed a bad unit in our house and it never works consistently.

We called at 4:00 pm & got an appt the next morning. We received notification 30 min before tech arrived. He was thorough, quick, and offered us options. Very satisfied.

The work done for me today was some of the best I've ever experienced. The technician was notably courteous, competent, and efficient.

The technician was a good man, but your price is overpriced 900 dollars to change a 270 dollars valve is a rip off

Your tech, Angel, was great. He explained every step of his service and shared his findings with me. He also provided helpful hints for myself maintenance of the equipment at home, such as filter changes, cleaning the condenser Etc. Thank you.
