Technician showed up on time, was friendly, worked efficiently and seemed very thorough. Everything was great except that the coils on my AC unit weren't cleaned. I do believe that was part of the service. Other than that, I totally recommend Mission Heating and Cooling. They carry great products and their prices are very reasonable. Thank you

About a month ago our ac went out. We needed a new ac unit we got estimates from other companies that were out of our budget . Our family is very grateful with mission and cooling gave us the best affordable price. Next day we got it installed !!! Ac is working great. I had a prompt appointment with Justin, who demonstrated remarkable professionalism throughout the service. He was respectful and clearly communicated the issue with my heater, efficiently resolving it in under an hour. Additionally, he arrived early for the appointment. Overall, the entire experience was quick and efficient, and my heater is now functioning perfectly.

Technician listened to my concerns, and quickly went to work and resolved my issue. He even went as far as giving me some additional knowledge about my older unit (roughly 20yrs old) and told me I was still good, but they would be ready to help when needed! And the cherry on top is they are a faith-based company which reflects in my experience!

Mission HVAC was quick to respond to an issue at our property. They coordinated with our tenant and was in/out with repairs done. Our tenant immediately reached out and said “they fixed it and they were SO NICE”.

Super happy with installation yesterday, everything went exactly as specified by Mission and it was completed in one day. The installers - Terry and Fred - were great, knew what they were doing, and were thoughtful in putting things back as they were in terms of gates, doors, etc. The Bryant (Carrier International) unit dropped the temperature quickly, and the blower was pushing air more strongly than our previous unit ever did. I had it set to 78 degrees but nearly froze last night (in a good way). Cost was extremely fair.

I also really appreciated the initial consultation with Scott - also an installer - which was straight forward, included advisement, and honest. We were able to get information on choosing a robust unit with low probablilities of component failures (few bells and whistles). No upsale pressure whatsoever.

They do not have a slick customer interface with electronic notices, photos of staff, bios, etc., nor do they have a separate sales staff model. They just come when they say they are going to, answer the phone at the office when you call, and offer a fair price. Three of my neighbors use them as well. I have a daughter with medical issues connected to temperature AND have had pretty nightmarish experiences with ACS and Intelligent Design over the last decade, and Mission handled my concomitant "PST" pretty sensitively.

I can't comment longitudinaly, we've had the unit 2 days, but I have some hope again. Seriously, be careful out there and do research for purchases and repairs. So far so great with Mission!

In a world where service providers do not show up on time, nor charge a reasonable amount, working with Mission Heating & Cooling, LLC is a breath of fresh air! They were on time and completed the work needed at a very reasonable price. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the employees and this company. I won't hesitate to recommend this company 100% when needing work on their heating and cooling units! Great company.

Mission had done work for me before on a house I was flipping. On this particular job, which was my personal residence, they were as professional, friendly and as reasonably priced as before. Choosing Mission Heating and cooling, was a great choice. Initially saw them on Craigslist, went to their website... spoke to Office and signed right up. From Office Rep., to Estimator. Coleman and Installers, Terry and Fred... could not be happier.
Give them the opportunity to install or service your HVAC, think their integrity can not be TOPPED. Easy to see on website why they are a terrific choice.
Will be getting Estimate on Roof top package Hvac when it's due. In the meantime Mini split, Daikin at 12 k BTU. is working fine in Master bedroom.

I was not able to be present for the repair of our AC but a neighbor was. He said he was SO impressed with Mission's efficiency and friendliness. For me to set this up remotely proved to be simple and flawless. It gave me great peace of mind.

UPDATE: Response came back in evening email, so it was not 2 days! Their pricing is excellent compared to competitor (another DIAMOND RATED INSTALLER for Mitsubishi Mini Split system. The rep that came out, Paul, was easy to address questions to, and he gave clear responses, described the install process...made you feel very comfortable that he knows his business and will stand behind the product and installation if there happen to be any problems, which I do NOT expect.

I’ve been using Nichols AC specialists for over 20 years and they continue to be the best, fairest, and most responsive company in Tucson for this work. Highly recommended.

we have had Phil & Paul work on our houses for years. After I got a home warranty I only used their service for non covered work ( new ducts etc). But after the warranty company scheduled us 8 days out for a failed AC (under warranty no less) this past month, Paul was here the day after I reached out! Fixed before the warranty company even had us scheduled AND registered our unit for a ten year warranty (no such service from the installation company). Nichols Contracting is our go-to professional!
