These guys did a fantastic job. They explained every step and and shared very valuable information. We were able to see results from the aeroseal right away. They were on time and were respectful of our home. They answered all our questions and took they're to ensure the job was done the right way. 10/10 definitely recommend.

Our a/c stopped working while we were away from home on Sunday. We got home at 10pm to a very uncomfortable house! I called Monday, early, and Roy was at our house around 10am. He found a blown fuse., and after checking the coolant levels, had the unit working properly. Unfortunately, overnight, the fuse blew again, I called, he was there around 10...and found the culprit ..a bad compressor. He worked magic and found us a replacement, and set up an appointment for the next day, and worked a temporary fix to keep us comfortable in 105+ weather. The next day, at noon (as promised), Cory arrived to install the repair parts. I expected this to be an all afternoon project, but he worked quickly and neatly, and was done in under 2 hours! Both of these gentlemen worked efficiently and with our comfort first in their minds. Roy has been servicing our unit for a few years now, and is knowledgeable , polite, on time, and so easy to work with!

Kory Rutt did an INCREDIBLE job on our install for a new unit. He was very knowledgeable, and got the job done with high quality and efficiency. He was training someone as well and I was impressed by his ability to teach others. Very thankful for his knowledge and experience!

Joel came out and was a wealth of knowledge. He knew exactly what he was doing. He knew all of the right questions to ask. I was very impressed and he even made my life easier with simple suggestions. Im extreme happy.

Our A/C went out one evening. I found Mission online (after business hours) and sent a request for help using their online form. They called me the next morning and said they could get a service man out the next day. He came as promised and quickly diagnose and fixed the issue. Price for the service call was VERY REASONABLE, probably way better than what most other companies would have charged.

Mission Heating & Cooling came to my home and repaired my AC for me, honoring the manufactures warranty we had paid for 12 years. They inspected it on Tuesday and had the parts ordered and installed by Friday ! I am very pleased! Thank you Mission Heating and Cooling!!

Wow what a great experience. Very professional. Great quick service. AC unit removed and installed in less than 3 hours. Mike and his helper new exactly what needed to be done and how to move efficiently. Very impressed. They are Christian oriented, very friendly and honest. Mission has kept us running for 15 years, both church facilities and personal residences. Most competent, honest, and professional company you can have on your side. The owner, Chandler, is active and involved in every job to ensure fair costs and customer satisfaction. Roxy at the front desk is proactive and prompt, always a pleasure to deal with. They’ve never once tried to upsell, and always given us options to choose from, and to save us money. They should be first everyone’s list.

If/when there’s a next issue with our AC unit, we will definitely call Mission Heating & Cooling! Within 15 minutes of arriving, their tech (Scott) had been up on our two story roof and back down. He found and reconnected a wire that had made its way off the reversing valve. It was that simple. There was no upselling or unnecessary service suggestions (which has always been ‘our norm’ in the past). The experience was just as honest as I could have hoped for. We are very thankful we called them!

Employees showed up on time - 9 am. They were polite. They had the correct equipment. They were finished some time around 5pm. I have some experience installing and working on a/c units so I had several questions during the day. They answered all of them. They didnt seem to have problems showing me what they were doing if I had wanted to see something. They cleaned up before they left. The only thing I have a small problem with is that they charged me for a "new" circuit breaker in the main panel and a wiring "whip" that connects to the condenser. They just re-used the old ones. I could probably call and ask for an adjustment on the invoice, but it was past there normal office hours and I was just happy to have a new a/c unit. I think it was pretty much a Job we'll done and their pricing was great.
