Noticed the unit short cycling Sunday, even though we were out of town, called Monday and had a tech out by Tuesday. Scott was great, diagnosed and solved the issue within minutes. Appreciate the service and speed getting our ac unit back up and running.

Mission heating and cooling is a blessing in a business! They fixed my Ac so fast and I can’t even put into words the amount of gratitude I have towards them. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services. The office and the service techs were helpful, took time to explain to me the issue and I just felt ease with them.

This company always goes above and beyond expectations. We have used this company multiple times for repairs or replacement of our units, and every time they are quick, professional, and honest.

I had a friend who was told by another company that it would be upwards of $10,000 for replacement of a whole new system, and when he called mission, it turned out he only needed a new part that was less than $100. Mission has saved me and my friends thousands of dollars and if I need more work down the road or know anyone who does, they'll be the first people that I call.

Before you read my review make an appointment with this company ASAP because you want Mission to take care of you and your family. I have owned homes for over 40 years and never had a contractor and his team who not only excel in their workmanship but also in their knowledge. Mission goes above and beyond anything that you would expect and is always courteous to the homeowner. Mission is a company that wants to keep you as a lifelong client and NOT a company that just wants your wallet.
My family and I lost our A/C during the hottest 2021 Arizona heat and Chandler (owner) personally came out the next day to take care of our A/C knowing that my wife is ill and I have pets.
I thank Our Lord for sending these wonderful people to take care of my family and our home.

The nice service man arrived right on time. After checking my system he told me all was working well. And he installed my new filter, saving me the job of wrestling with that, plus hauled off the used one. Appreciate that. Thank you.

We are very thankful for Roxi and Scott. First and foremost we don't know anything about AC's and when I coordinated the appointment Roxi was very polite, informative and patient with me despite the many times I called to ask questions. Mission cooling and heating were our 2nd choice(in which we wish they were our first) because we originally went off of a local television ad and they said we needed a new unit when they came to our home and we were completely unprepared for that. We elected to get a second opinion and that was the best choice we did make. My husband worked with Scott. My husband expressed that Scott had a great personality and he was very knowledgeable and most importantly he took the time to explain our options and assist with repairing our unit. Mission is the most trustworthy honest company in my experience. The receptionists are polite and helpful, follow up on any communication. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and the whole repair with parts was half what another company quoted. I’ve used them for multiple buildings and my personal property. Two gentlemen who came out were very friendly and efficient. I had my other unit replaced two years ago (smaller) and they replaced filter and put on smart thermostat. However, I paid 2,000 less for a bigger unit with Mission and didn’t get what I mentioned before, but that stuff is minuscule in comparison with the savings. Company was recommended by a friend and I will be recommending it to my friends

Showed up on time and ready to work... we only needed a minor repair so the technician was in and out in about an hour or so. Price of repair was minimal but expected cause we haven't had our unit looked at in a couple of years. A/C unit works great now. I recommend Mission and we will use the again for a check up

Perfectly professional and obviously competent. We had a mini split installed and the result is night & day. This is a great group with prices that were thousands less than some competitors even with an upgraded unit (Daikin), though they also install Mitsubishi. I'd definitely go with them again were I to need another mini split.

Mission was just as good, responsive and on task as always, they installed a new A/C system for my daughter for a very reasonable cost and since then we have been referring them on a regular basis with the company that I am employed with as well as maintaining our A/C and will continue to.

Mission Heating & Colling is fantastic. They installed a mini split and large central unit on two sperate houses on my property basically in a single day and for a great price (many thousands less than other quotes and we got larger units). I worked directly with the owners of the business, and they were kind, responsive, and really knew their stuff. Seriously have never been more impressed with any home improvement/repair. Save yourself money and headache and use them.

Very happy with this company! The unit they suggested is perfect! It runs very cold and is very efficient. Chandler is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC and answered all of our questions. The installation was done so quickly. Included is a 10 year parts warranty and 2 year exchange warranty. We just had it installed in May so we haven't run the heat except to test it out and it works great as well. We could not be more happy with this company and we would highly recommend them to anyone!!
