I called Nichols plumbing and heating specialist and they were concerned about my problem. A technician arrived soon and the problem with the heater was address and repaired. I appreciate their concern and care to fix the problem. Everyone was polite and respectful and friendly. I am thankful to Nichols.

Our AC went out at the end of May when it was near 100°F. I called Nichols early AM and Phil came out within 3 hours checked out our rooftop unit and replaced a bad motor capacitor. We were back up and running. Super friendly service, we will have them do our maintenance now going forward.

Paul was timely, efficient, and thorough. His communication in evaluating & resolving issues with my mini-split system was great. I recommend Nichols for air conditioner service without hesitation.

Purchased a new Heat Pump from Nichols in 2010 (including new duct work), and have had this unit and another older unit serviced for 14 years. Nichols is very honest, very reasonably priced, and very dependable. I heartily recommend the company for new HVAC purchase and installation, as well as maintenance.

In a day and age when many companies seem to have lost sight of the meaning of customer service, Nichol’s has always exceeded my expectations by going by going above and beyond the call of duty! Let me start by saying I've never paid for an installation, but rather an opinion of someone who had the pleasure of working with the company.

The cost is VERY competitive for the market and the ones who advertise more instead of the great word of mouth are maybe a clear sign to be wary.

Shop around, get your quotes, any business for repair, maintenance, service, installs etc... are going to have a mark ups but I assure you the price shows and you get people that care. That's rare.

Phil and his family (extended to employees blood or not) have worked in this town for longer than I've been alive; local folks doing a very hot, sometimes dangerously hot job to fairly offer people a chance to experience that.

I do recommend them highly to anyone who mentions their ACs possible replacement or issues to contact Nichols heating and cooling specialists - phrasing the same. Do your research and I assure you, you won't be sorry in choosing a cheaper option... this is a good cheaper option. Smaller company working like an extended family in this market can be tough.

All the same I'm impressed by the care the employees take when in your home. It's nice working for someone who shares a common goal of it should look better than when you found it.

Locally owned, responsive air conditioning service. Nichols installed our system and performs maintenance. Great employees and easy scheduling. No hard sell for additional services such as plumbing. They know HVAC and have good prices.

Working with Nichols Air Conditioning was a wonderful experience from start to finish! On my initial call I had requested if they could contact the tenant and keep me in the loop and they didn't hesitate or act like it was an inconvenience. Their communication was far above any other AC company that I have worked with. To top it off they didn't come up with a list of things that I needed repaired. They are fair, honest, reliable and have great customer service. Will be recommending them for sure.

We had to have the old rusted ductwork in our house replaced. I was concerned that it was gonna be a difficult and very expensive task due to the age of the house. Nichols did an outstanding job, they handled everything in a timely manner, the pricing was more than reasonable, and the quality of work was impeccable. I’d use them again.

We have used Nichols AC for many years and have always appreciated their honesty and integrity. They are prompt and show up when they say they will, are reasonably priced and competent. I wrote this several years ago and have not changed my view!

I had a company, thru our home warranty program come out to check our ac. Was told that our coil was frozen and there was a small leak. Then they tried to charge me thousands of dollars. Something was off and I didn't trust what they were saying. Called Nichols and from the beginning they were amazing!!! So kind and helpful! Checked my warranty, checked my unit and sure enough all that was needed was a touch of freon. Went from $2000+ from the shady contractor to less than $150. THANK YOU NICHOLS AC... YOU WILL BE OUR FIRST AND ONLY FOR HVAC SERVICES!

Paul was wonderful! Very polite and courteous. I received texts regarding my schedule and I could see where my tech was and estimated arrival time! Finally an AC company I can depend on!

Came in from out of state for home inspection with house under contract. HVAC inspector (another company) bailed. General Home Inspector said to "call Nichols". We did and within an hour Dawson was there professionally scrutinizing the HVAC system. He patiently answered questions and gave assurance the system only needed an hour and a half's worth of basic stuff overlooked at installation. I called this morning as one of my AC units failed overnight. They found a way to get out to me and fix it by 10:30am. I know they are busy, but Paul found a way to squeeze me in. They are very customer focused.
I had them do some roof ductwork for me a few years back. They installed the cleanest, straightest, well built ductwork I have on my roof. It shames the older stuff that I have on the east side of the house.
I’ve recommended them to friends who have been equally pleased with their work.
