Thank you D and H for saving us from the heat. The best experience I’ve had in a long time. I called and they had someone here within 2 hours and he had it fixed within an hour. I checked other companies and they couldn’t be here today and they quoted twice the price. I was impressed by the serviceman’s knowledge and how quickly he had everything back up and running.

Aaron came out and diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. If he is any indication of what to expect from this company, then I will be using them for a long time. He was great!

They came out and installed a new unit and it was quick and painless. They explained everything to us as they went. Great service!

He was a 10:10 technician
He refused to leave until the AC unit was backup and running.
Every time he hit a block after fixing a problem he would keep pushing until he was able to fix that even if he was met with another road block
He was super motivated and very positive the entire time.
If I ever have any issues in the future I hope he's available

Charlie the HVAC tech came out to my mom's house & was able to diagnose the problem with the ac unit & repair it. He made sure it was working well before he left after another issue came up after the initial repair. We were very content with his professionalism & great work ethic.

The unfortunate thing is that my air condtioner stressed out in the middle of this heat wave - the fortunate thing is that my servicer, D & H Air Conditioning responded quickly. My serviceman, Jose, expertly assessed the issues and corrected the problem while explaining to me what caused the problem. He kept busy but he did not rush the process. Thank you for sending someone with such a fantastic knowledge of the product and superb customer service skills!

The AC at my rental house stopped. My mgmt company called an AC company to assess it. They said the compressor was out and a new one would be $4k. D&H installed the unit so I called them. They said the compressor was fine and it was a simple fix. They have a customer for life with me

Responded immediately when I noticed our issues. Had someone get here That Day and found the problem was an old, dust-caked blower. A biy pricey to repair, but it was worth it just to not have to deal with afternoon sweats during 116 degree days. Dominik was professional and courteous and friendly.

D&H has serviced our family’s heating and cooling systems for years. We are very satisfied with the work and service. All the technicians show up on time, are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend D&H to anyone looking for any ac and heating system needs.

I was thrilled to learn that D&H is offering plumbing services. They got a plumber to my home same day and he (Mark along with Dutch) was able to fix our sink drain issue promptly. Mark and Dutch were great and so very professional. Right away I knew we’d be in good hands. I am so thankful to have the task done and easily sorted.

The only item I feel less than completely positive about are the sales tactics on stuff unrelated to the actual call. I totally appreciate the desire to fully review the entire plumbing system of the house and offer additional services. This could be very convenient and could indeed help us become aware of items that do need attention. However please keep in mind that sometimes the customer is pressed for time and simply wants one specific issue sorted. The estimate of $400 to clean out a slow draining tub, and the offer of a container of enzymes for $125 when we are not on septic, was something I found easy to say no to - but I fear my elderly mother would have felt pressured into this had I not been present at the job site. Please keep this kind of thing in mind and maybe scale back that sales aspect of things just a wee bit ;) I believe this to be an organizational issue and in no way reflects on the highly competent and kind technicians who came to my home. They did not personally attempt to pressure us any further once it was clear I was declining the additional services. Just something to think about as your company grows because I am sure you want to retain your customers of moderate means as well as those who are wealthy enough to afford any and all services :)

Otherwise I have no problems whatsoever with D&H and I will definitely be renewing my service contract for the air conditioning system as well as calling them for all my plumbing needs.

D&H was able to make it out right away once I called! Very reliable, on time, very thorough and they never tried to upsell me. What they charged was very reasonable. Tim was amazing and full of knowledge, and willing to help me learn about my unit! I will be signing up with D&H (and Tim) for their 2x per year service! Thank you D&H AND Tim! So greatly appreciated!

My AC blower went out on the Sunday before Labor Day. D & H got a tech out that day. Their work was high quality and pricing was lower than I'd budgeted for. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to really explain what was broken. But for the sweating and frustration this was an enjoyable experience. I'll recommend D &H to friends!

The entire project was handled expertly from the very beginning to the very end. We got the information that we needed to make an informed decision a the new A/C which was installed the next day.
