I've been dealing with reyna's heating and cooling. They've lied to me told me one thing then the other. This business literally told me everything that was wrong with it. I found out I need a new unit and that there was no just repairing just the motor when the could we bad the motor as well. The price for everything to be fixed wasnt worth repairing. So I need a new one. I was happy with his experience and knowledge. I'm happy to know I didn't keep giving the other company my money just for a band aid. Until it dies again. They saved me money and I will use them if ever needed.

I had the pleasure of working with Paul from Western States through Home Depot. Paul was timely, professional and his performance was above and beyond expectations. He did 4 bedrooms, a dressing area and 8 closets all by himself in one day without taking any breaks. Not only did he do an amazing job installing he also swept my floors! I hope everyone gets the same experience I did.

Have used this service for several years with excellent service. This time I had to call to confirm the appointment. They gave me a 3 hour window. I called at the end of the 3 hour window and was given several excuses. They pushed the appointment to the next 3 hours. After 4 hours and no show, I cancelled the appointment for that day. Seven hours of my time wasted.I Requested another appointment for 2 days later for a particular time. Again they gave me a 3 hour window but did arrive on time. I received a call from the technician confirming his arrival time. Shortly after his call, I received a call from the office telling me 2 technicians. with different names than the one that had called me would be arriving soon. When I explained that Jeremy had just called to confirm his arrival, the office seemed confused but then quickly said they called the wrong number. Never have had so much confusion from this service. In the past appt would be confirmed day before and a photo of the technician was sent. Not sure if all this confusion is due to poorly trained new staff.
Jeremy was very polite snd professional.
Explained what was completed and future recommendations made to my satisfaction.

They put an a/c on my daughter's house that was too small and refuse to rectify there mistake .. They were rude and unwilling to work with us... my daughters house is now hot and we do not have another 13000.00 to put an a/c that is the right size.. These people should not be trusted with anybody s a/c..
