When we moved into the house in 2011 there were 3 heat pumps on the roof. Air Quest removed one failing and another that had failed with one 8 ton Heat Pump adding roof duckwork and replacing thermostats. Air quest has serviced both machines spring and fall since replacement. I am very happy with the service which is prompt and polite.

As usual, the Spring servicing was timely, friendly & thorough. We really appreciate it that AirQuest takes the initiative to reach out for scheduling our seasonal services.

Recently I used AirQuest to installed a new HVAC system at my house. Aaron, one of the owners, made a clear presentation of alternatives, and explained the pros and cons of each. I obtained four other bids for the same equipment, and AirQuest's price was among the lowest. the installation went smoothly. The crew was on time and worked hard to get the job done. After completion, and balancing the system, they took the time to explain things and pointed out various important features. I was pleased with the proposal process and the installation. I recommend this company.

Air Quest was the original installer on my unit 8 years ago. They did a great job then, and now when my unit wasn’t working, they came and fixed for a very fair price the same day. I recommend this company!

I have been using Air Quest Heating and Cooling for about 4 years now. The technicians always do a great job and are very friendly. Their prices are very reasonable and appointments are usually easy to set up.

We love AirQest! We just had to replace 2 old SC units this week. One of the owners, Aaron, offered some great options to help efficiency and performance that we had not been offered by any other company before. Aaron was not at all like the extremely high pressure salesmen we experienced with 2 other “heavily advertised” companies we met with first. And AirQuest price was significantly less than those companies, for comparable units (they do not have commissioned salespeople) . Their Technician team is friendly, accommodating and clean. They moved our roof unit a few feet away, so now our bedroom is quiet for the first time! And they closed off old inactive ducts and vents that were wasting cold air or adding heat. We could immediately feel the difference in cooling too. We absolutely recommend AirQuest!!

8/12/25 Update: Our multi-split air conditioner in our garage was severely compromised by a repair and painting team with debris all over. The interior of the multi-split required substantial cleaning to get back up to top performance. The AirQuest team led by Alvino did a top notch job. Even on hot days now, our garage has a constant cool temperature.

2025 Update: Just completed, our semi-annual preventive maintenance program on our two systems Our technician, Patrick, did a top job. Explained everything clearly. We've been with Air Quest Heating and Cooling for 6 and a half years for a reason. They're good at what they do.

Update to previous review: October: Air Quest just completed our semi-annual preventive maintenance on our two heating/air conditioning systems. As always, our technician, Marcos, performed the inspection quickly and efficiently.

July: Air Quest Heating and Cooling installed an American Standard 18 SEER variable speed system. This is a very sophisticated system which replaced a 17 year old system. They also installed a Mitsubishi split level system in our garage. The hardware is fabulous but what sets Air Quest apart from the others are their technicians. These guys, Horacio, Alvino and George, know their stuff. They are communicative, explain what they’re doing. Knowledgeable and efficient.

We’ve been with Air Quest since we moved to Tucson 3 years ago. We can definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Excellent team from start to finish! We have all our maintenance done fall and spring and they always do a superb job. Recently our air conditioning thermostat went out and they were here and replaced it within 24 hours. Big thanks to Alvino for doing an excellent job always!

Shoutout to Air Quest’s two service technicians who inspected our non-working Mitsubishi mini-split heat pump and will provide us with pricing and options to either repair or replace our 15-year old unit. Options are always a great thing to have when dealing with AC/heating units. Technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Looking forward to receiving a written proposal for the various options for our review and consideration..

This was my first experience with this company. They are a recommended service provider by Tucson Electric Co. I was pleased that they gave me a time frame when the technician would arrive, also called me when he was on his way! The technician was very thorough and explained to me my questions. Happily my system is in good condition. I have signed up for a twice a year checkup. I would mention my technician’s name, however. I can’t read on the carbon copy, looks like it starts with a A?

My mother's AC went out. I called Air Quest and they came out the next morning. The techs told us the compressor was shot. He said the company would contact us later that day or the next with quotes. By the end of the next day, I hadn't heard anything so I called. The lady I spoke with said one of the owners would be out the next day. He came out in the morning and confirmed the problem and said he'd send me a quote by the end of the day Friday. On Friday, I hadn't heard anything as the business day was almost over so I called. I actually spoke with the owner (Aaron I believe) and, although it was a bit difficult to understand his excuses, he said to expect a quote on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). A week later, I've heard nothing. Nothing from the owner, nothing from anybody. I sent an email describing the situation and never heard back. I'm absolutely amazed I'd been blown off! I wasted the money on a diagnosis that lead to nothing. This isn't a leaky faucet-the house is uninhabitable. The level of crappy service is comically bad. Believe me, I will be telling anyone who will listen to me about how bad an experience I have had with this company.

I had a very old HVAC system, that had probably been installed by a DIYer that rented the property prior to my ownership. It was bad, alot of remedial work was needed to make the furnace and evaporator fit correctly and work efficiently. Airquest pulled it off without a hitch and my system has never worked better, my powerbill looks to drop precipitously and my house is nice and cool on the day of this review 112 degrees outside. Would recommend.🙂
