Awesome and helpful. They didn't carry a relay i needed, but gave me a card to hit them up for that later, and helpful as can be for the rest of what i needed.

This place is awesome. They had the part I needed in stock for a reasonable price and I got my ac back up and running. They also had big selection of filters at good prices too.

Great pricing. They had the capacitor I needed in stock and saved me a lot of (hot) headaches. They were nice enough to let me test the new capacitor and even helped me confirm that the old capacitor was indeed fried.

The only thing I have to say is I ordered a part online to be picked up in store after a few days I called the store I was supposed to pick it up from. They told me they couldn't access the online stuff to call the other store and I did and it was like I was crazy for her to order that cuz they don't stock it and have it in a long time. So obviously this isn't a review for the store it's a review for their online service. Seems they would have just let it keep going and saying it was ordered and not ever called me or told m...e that it was not in stock or wouldn't ever be in stock.

I was pretty sure my run start capacitor was bad. They checked it for me and verified it was bad and I bought a new one for about $20. Swapped it out in about 20 minutes and my AC is working again. Great shop and friendly people.

Ivan came to service our AC/Heating units on the roof today. He was very professional and informative. The service he offered was outstanding. All of my interactions with this company have been stellar and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ivan was amazing we have been having ongoing issues for 3 years now with our ac not getting to temp in the summer and our electric bill being outrageous for a very small place. Each year with other repair companies we have been told the same story they couldn't find anything and continued to suffer the heat, but Ivan pulled everything apart and found a filter that was so badly clogged it was obvious that it had not been changed in year and the pressure on the compressor was more than 100 over where it should be. Within the time he was at our place working the temp had already dropped 2 degrees and the airflow could actually be felt with holding up your hand. Needless to say we are beyond grateful for the excellent service we received from Ivan in helping us through this brutal Arizona summer heat. Thank you so much.

Rincon AC has done repairs on maintenance for our house, my mom's house and for 2 rentals for many years.

What I like - they are happy to let you follow them around and to explain how things work and what you could do to improve things in the future (check this area, keep such and such clean, here's the reset button, etc.)

What I don't like - as with many contractors, they're expensive. It's about $90 just for a service call, even if all they have to do is reset a breaker. But, that's the way it goes - everything is expensive these days.

Rincon Air Conditioning was responsive when I called because my unit wasn't working. Jeremy started with the least expensive fix, came back the next day to try something else that did work. The price was very resonable and Jeremy was very knowledgeable and professional.

Always excellent. I called first thing this morning because of an AC issue. Buddy arrived early in the 9-12 window and identified and addressed the issue (blown fuses) quickly and thoroughly, and also answered maintenance questions and prevented a refrigerant leak. Highly professional, and reasonable prices too. Thumbs up!

The team of men, Ricky, Logan, Danny, and Marco, did a superb installation--removing the old furnace and installing a new heat pump, some ductwork, and outside condenser--all on a 106 degree day with not a single complaint. They even painted the new ductwork in the Arizona room so that it now blends seamlessly with the beams. Even my handyman was impressed!
I am delighted with the job they did and only wish I could hire the entire team to do something else! They have my heartiest recommendation.

We purchased a new unit a couple of years ago and recently experienced a small issue with blown fuses. The crew did an upgrade and it's working great. All without cost to us! Who does that now? These fantastic people do!!!

Our AC went out in the middle of the night. We called Rincon and they were out within an hour. Ben was our tech. He was professional, kind, And walked use through everything! Highly recommended Rincon and will continue use them for are ac services in the future.

Rincon air installed a mini split on a room for us in our garage. They were professional and did a great job. They kept the area clean and worked in a timely fashion. The price was the best that we found too.

Couldn’t be happier with the technician, Ivan Guerrero’s work today (Saturday) which got our AC back up and running on a hot weekend. I’m an electrical engineer and watched him work. He’s clearly technically competent, friendly, polite and honest. His response time was 20-30 minutes vs hours or days for the other companies I called which could be by chance. Rincon has been in business in Tucson for a long time and now I know why. I will definitely call Rincon in the future and if Ivan is available I will ask for him.
