0 stars! They installed a too small condenser that I had to replace after one year because it couldn’t handle the heat load . No surge protection, no line set cover . No filter base . Sloppy job all around , unfortunately I trusted them and I don’t know anything about AC until I had another company point out all the mistakes. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME !!!

First experience with an HVAC company in Tucson. They got the AC running again in no time and we were so thankful because no AC in 100 degree weather is just the worst. Matt, the tech was on time, professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. The price was not anything to cheer about but please understand that is in no way a bad reflection on the company...the AC repairs we needed done were expensive repairs that is not their fault. They were super understanding about it and gave us a VERY good deal for the work they did.

Matthew was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Did a thorough inspection of my A/C unit and resolved the issues. Offered suggestions
for maintaining it in the future. Would recommend this business to others. Thanks to Shawna too-her family owns Advantage Air!!!

Advantage Air Mechanical is a great business. They service our residence bi-annually and we are always pleased. The technician, Darryl, is superb! He always asks if there are any concerns about our heating & cooling, or about the service Advantage Air Mechanical has provided. He never fails to ask if there is something else they can offer to improve service. Darryl is always courteous, he is knowledgeable about old & new equipment, tidy and efficient in his work. Not once has he nor any of the other technicians been late to our home. Betty at the office is also very kind & understanding pertaining to any question you may have. You will not be disappointed with the service you receive from Advantage Air Mechanical.

We just got a heat pump installed to replace the window units we’ve been using for 10 years. The salesperson, Jeff, was friendly, professional, and went the next mile to make sure we got a great deal. Within 3 business days we had several different crews in and out, all led by Al with the daily inspection by Jeff. Wow! What a difference in the comfort of our home, thanks to Ken,Kevin Jeff, Al, and Zach at Advantage Air!Thanks guys, for your value, skill, professionalism and all-around niceness!

Matthew was awesome ome. He performed the required work but then gave us some life saving information about a fresh air source for our house because of our gas heater potentially depleting our oxygen level. Thank you so much for hiring a dedicated young man who obviously cares about his work and his clients.

We had 3 new toilets installed this week and the old ones removed. The team was on time, thorough and communicative every step of the process, they were extremely conscious and courteous of our home, and left each room they worked in spotless. We are so happy! Highly recommend!!!

Advantage installed my main house A/C a few years ago and the service was and continues to be excellent. I opted to install a mini-split into an additional room and immediately contacted Advantage, once again was thoroughly satisfied. Today they went above and beyond by finding and sending me a manual and even volunteering to send a tech to walk me through a simple task. Very seldom will I review services but Advantage has proven to be worth the exception!

First time customer of Advantage Air Mechanical. My AC decided to stop working properly and they had a Technician come out the same day, within a few hours of calling. Darryl was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem was immediately! He explained what he was doing and how everything worked. He fixed it quickly and made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up before he left. He was very kind and nice to talk with while he worked. Definitely recommend this company!

I had such a great experience with this company! My AC was no longer cooling my home and I called at around 10 AM and someone was at my house to fix things by 5 PM! Great turnaround time considering I had called another company before and till this day they never contacted me back. It was a simple fix and everything was up and running properly within less than 30 minutes. AC is working perfectly now. I will definitely be using this company for any heating/cooling needs.

Rafael was wonderful, he was nice and comforting about helping me with my ac, personable and knowledgeable.
Then when my ac had issues, they sent someone out the next day and handled the problem immediately. I will be using their services again next time I need them

When the home warranty company denied any coverage on my AC, I knew the best thing to do was get a new system. I didn't know who to call or more importantly who I could trust to do the job (while temperatures were getting into 100's). I didn't feel good about the people that the home warranty sent so I called a couple other good, well known Tucson companies for estimates. I came across ADVANTAGE AIR MECHANICAL from a google search since I thought it would be good to get just one more opinion. I'm so glad I called them! I could not be more happy with how everything turned out. Jeff explained everything to me calmly and directly, gave me the best estimate on a more efficient system than the others, and got me on the schedule the next business day, much sooner than I expected and all work was done quickly and safely. The guys left the area clean and neat with attention to details. They were also friendly and a joy to have in my home. My dog thinks so too! I felt very comfortable with the team and the whole process, so good in fact that I asked them to replace my water heater as well since it was old. There was no pressure to sell me anything extra, everything was straight up. I would definitely recommend this company and will call them again for any of the services they provide. The word is TRUST and I am not disappointed in the least.

This company deserves more than 5 stars. They came out and they were more concerned in solving my problem then draining my wallet dry or trying to convince me to put in a new unit instead of doing a simple repair. Rafael was polite and a very honest person to deal with. He kept me informed about everything he was doing and how much each item was. Advantage Air is the only company I will use for my HVAC system. Thank you for Saving me thousands of dollars.

Matthew has come out a couple of times, now, and we are impressed with his courtesy and professionalism. Had to have a larger repair done (full refrigerant) and have elected to contract with their maintenance agreement going forward (2 systems). Looking forward to a rewarding (and transparent) relationship with Advantage Air Mechanical.

Advantage Air is an absolutely amazing company to work with! We had to have a complete new package unit heat pump installed on our roof and 40 year old flexible duct work replaced in our attic, at our request. They went above beyond in every aspect, from the initial inspection, to great pricing, to the final install. They also did a fantastic job coordinating time with our roofing company, so neither held each other up. Jeff and his crew are very knowledgeable, hard working professionals, that take pride in their work. We can't express enough how happy we are, It feels like we're in a new home! We will recommend Advantage Air to all our friends, neighbors, and anyone inquiring about heating and cooling. Thank you Kevin, Jeff, Al and all the crew!

I have been using another company in town, but the service has been getting more and more questionable over the years. I decided to search for a new company and came across Advantage. I have to say I have not been this happy with a provider in quite a long time! They sent out their tech, Rafael, and he was absolutely amazing! He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be using advantage from now on!

I have been doing business with Advantage for many years, and as their company tag line states, they are truly a name and a company you can trust. Highly professional, deliver on deadlines And always competitive and fair in their pricing. For my commercial offices and my own home, I count on Matthew from Advantage for my service work. Never in a rush and extremely thorough, he answers every question and concern that we might have. And frankly he has educated me on many details which are critical to keeping my units both the new ones and the old ones running like a top. He’s got the best customer service skills in that business in our opinion. Five stars for Advantage Air mechanical and our tech, Matthew.

They supposed to call me for tune up my heating service but they didn't and postponed appointment for 2 weeks and lied to me and transfer to another contractor after I complaint. They can not be trusted and waste time.

Rafael was friendly, courteous, and very helpful with our thermostat repair! Highly recommend him and Advantage Air.
