Serrano's is fantastic! Came out within an hour of getting our call, diagnosed the problem, got the part needed, and got the aircon back online the same afternoon. The dogs also recommend the pets provided in the process 😁 thanks from Hannah, Lisbet, and Teddy!

Would give 10 stars if I could. Gus jr is very professional, polite and got our a/c working good as new. He showed up on time, did the diagnostic and fixed the problem fairly quick. If you ever have heating or cooling problems definitely give them a shot first. Thanks again Gus

I highly recommend this company. This staff is not only friendly, but also highly skilled and their pricing is fair with good value for the money. We have been using their HVAC services since 2014! They have been able to prolong the life of many of our 11 units, saving us money without “replacing a unit” as the first line of defense, but relying on good maintenance.

They offer a great twice a year plan at a low price. They came out to inspect our unit today and offered us the plan. They did not try to sell us on anything or pressure us in any way. Our air conditioner stopped working on Sunday afternoon. We called Serrano Heating and Cooling because we have used them in the past and had the best service. This time around was no exception. They came out within an hour of us calling, figured out our issue and told us our options. Within 24 hours our air conditioner is back up and running. They offer financing to help as well. We are so grateful to the Serrano family for always being reliable, quick, and friendly. Highly recommend.

I scheduled a “check up” for my 6 year old HVAC with Serrano’s (Gus Serrano, Sr installed it in 2018). His sons, Gus Jr and Roman now run the business. They were prompt, polite, and very professional. As it happened, our A/C stopped working the day before our scheduled check up, so I was also able to have them fix the problem and take care of another impending issue.

Gus and Roman are professional and courteous. They did a great job on servicing my AC unit and let me know of options to help me preserve the longevity of my unit. They let me know when they are close to arriving for the appt and on one occasion let me know when they would be running late. They were respectful of my time and I appreciate that. Highly recommend.

Had a new HVAC system installed by Serrano's and couldn't be more impressed! Gus and Roman both brothers, along with Avrie, worked as a team seamlessly in one day to install my system. All 3 are extremely professional and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. I had an issue with a faulty wire in my house that prevented the new system from working properly. They all 3 came back a few days later and ran a new wire up in the attic. It took a few hours and the extra charge was extremely reasonable. They have a new customer for life!

I had noticed a squealing sound coming from our roof AC unit that was getting louder everyday so I called Serrano’s heating and cooling after a friend recommended them. The tech Avrie showed up the same day and diagnosed the problem as a bad bearing in the fan motor. He was able to source the part and had it replaced the same day! He was courteous and professional and the price was cheaper than I expected. I would highly recommend them and I’m so happy to have found a great company for all my future hvac needs!
