Our AC unit needed some emergency repair. We called the Advanced Air Mechanical and James came to fix it. He examined the unit, explained the problem, brought the required parts, and repaired the unit. I appreciate his honesty and diligence. When we called for the winter and summer maintenance James came out both times and inspected the unit. I am very satisfied with his service. I would recommend Advanced Air Mechanical and James to all.

needed some custom work done on a dryer vent duct by nick m. described my situation and he recommended several options: build from scratch or bring the existing duct in and he's cut it accordingly for free. i dropped off duct and nick had it done ASAP. great work and i can't thank him enough for the help. absolutely RECOMMEND this company and will definitely be using them in the future. thanks!

My ac went out on a Sunday. I called Advantage to diagnose the problem and was told the whole unit would need replacement. Then they quoted me an exorbitant price for a new unit that they couldn't install till at least three days from then and only if I ordered on the spot (high pressure sales tactics).. Luckily, I was smart enough to wait till Monday when other ac contractors are open. I got one installed that day for 40% less than Advantage quoted, same size and same quality unit with the same warranty. I was a ripe target for this company that is aptly named because they take advantage of people: I was an older single female on a weekend during 100 degree plus temperatures and during the COVID 19 quarantine where I had to stay at my house. DON'T BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM!!!

After power went out we noticed our A/C Unit was not running very well. We called Advantage Air and they were able to come out and address problem in a very timely manner. Have used them many times and they are the best in Tucson.

Amazing Duct work cleaning !!

The machine blew a fuse. I went to ACE and my husband replaced it with a brand new fuse.
Everything-is up and running. CULVER moved to another area of house and just kept on working.
Very hard worker. Very polite. Has kept us informed during the whole process.

So if the office feels this appointment has taken too long - for any reason. It is NOT Culver's fault. He is doing an amazing job.

We were not sure where all the power outages were in the house. But when we figured it out - he went right there and started back in.

1981 home. Culver has retrieved lots of interesting bits from down below inside the ducts. Best decision we have made so far with our newly purchased home - was hiring Advantage Air Mechanical to do the duct work cleaning. Would recommend!!

I have bought 5 airconditioning/furnace systems from Advantage Air Mechanical over the past 7 years. I have used them to fix any problems with airconditioning and heating at my 9 properties over the years. I was very loyal and they were the only place I used. I called on them to check stuff out several times a year. I was very happy with the quality/speed/price of the customer service for many years. Within the last year, the manager that I worked with, Victor, left the company. Since then, I have called about two different properties. One I couldn't even get them to return my call to check out. The other just ran out of their service warranty. It had been checked out every year for the same problem and the problem had never been rectified. After talking to my new contact at Advantage Air Mechanical, he said they would check it out, and if it is still the same problem, they would honor the warranty and fix the recurring problem. The tech called me while he was at the property and said the company would fix this problem and find out the underlying problem that was causing the recurring problem for free. I called my new contact three times in the next three weeks with no response. I finally had to get another company to go back to the house and fix the problem because the tenants said the problem was not fixed. I am so unhappy with the service since Victor left. I can't believe I have spent thousands of dollars at this company and they can not even call me back. I expect much better customer service from a company that I have bought 5 systems from and used several times a year. I'm sure if you are a single homeowner, you will get even worse service.

We needed a tech to come out and review our home inspection report asap. They sent Darryl out the very next day and he made a thorough inspection. Very nice to work with and was very informative as to our needs. Highly recommended!

Advantage did a great job keeping my old AC alive a couple years longer than it probably should have. When I was ready to install a new unit they got the job done with no problems. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful! Kevin responded very quickly to my emails. They came to our house within 24 hours. I am very impressed with Andrew, the technician, who was very knowledgeable and not only tuned up the air conditioner but replaced a part as well. On sight! No waiting. I highly recommend this company.

Kelly was amazing, extremely professional and customer focused!!! She understood my situation and scheduled me for the first visit. The Tech David F. was a true professional! Regardless of all the different issues he encountered, he brought all the possible replacement parts and got my air conditioner working after several hours worth of work. People who are customer focused and do the right thing no matter what it takes make the brand of the company stand out. Kelly and David are the people who took care of AC issues. From my point of view, they are the faces of Advantage Air Mech and what makes this an outstanding company.

Great company to work with. They know their business well and appreciate their customers. We have had them as our main AC/Heating contractor for over 10 years and have recommended them to several of our friends who have been equally pleased with their performance.

I have had to call Advantage Air Mechanical for emergency service when my son was born and AC wasn't working. They came out and replaced the motor in the same day! I had AC within hours of calling. They are great with regular services, they are always friendly and my favorite TIMLEY.

Great service today from Jesus for our annual A/C check. Prompt, polite, personable and professional. The office staff are very helpful too. I must single out Kelly for her assistance. My first time using the company and I will definitely be using them again.

If you are having any plumbing issues, I highly recommend you call Advantage Air Mechanical! Chris and his crew arrived on time to repair a leak in our water line. They were friendly, professional and kept me informed throughout the repair process. I was so impressed with their work and the follow up Chris provided afterwards, I had them come back a week later to install a new water heater. These guys have earned my trust and will be my only call in the future!

James in particular is awesome, he is always looking for ways to save me money, and always checks for original warranty coverage before selling me something new. We had a new AC unit installed by the company about 5 years ago. Ever since Darryl has been coming to do every 6 month maintenance. Darryl is absolutely wonderful ! Very dedicated to his job, knowledgable, polite, always on time and always eager to explain or advise. Thank you Darryl. Betty at the office was also very helpful and ensured that things are promptly scheduled when a repair was needed for us.

The service technician James was awesome and pleasant to talk to. He know exactly what my problem was regarding lack of cool air in the house and got it fixed in the blink of an eye. He gave me great assurance that the system would work as it should and what things I needed to keep an eye on for the future.
