Serrano AC is way to go ! I noticed my AC did not work properly on the Saturday night. I called few more places and they all states that they can come on Monday or Sunday as it is not emergency. I called Serrano and Roman was busy but states she will come in couple hours. Roman came around 7:30- 8 pm most likely after his working shift was over on the Saturday night. He quickly find the problem and fix it. I would highly recommend company. Thank you for your service.

Avery and Micah provided 5-star service. During my annual A/C inspection it was discovered I needed to replace a part. They went and got the part and made a second trip to my house same day to replace. Excellent experience. Company is very reliable and professional.

Serrano Heating and Cooling is an excellent repair and replace company. They give an honest estimate, arrive at the scheduled time and complete the work efficienly. Their estimates are always spot on. They have replaced two systems for us and the work on each system was completed in one days time. They are professional, friendly and thorough. They also clean up the area and leave it spotless. They repaired dour daughters A/C in the middle of a very hot June in Tucson and did so within 24 hours of receiving a call from us. Someone driving one of your vehicles came to Dan Felix park with their dog to throw a Frisbee, let them run off leash not a huge deal (still against the law) but also let their dog shit on the soccer field and didn't clean it up. 👎🏼👎🏼

I needed a refrigerant top off and it was less than half of what another Company's technician tried to charge. This is a very honest and fair company with their pricing! They also did NOT charge a service charge to top off my refrigerant.

I called Serranos after another HVAC company tried to gouge me on freon to recharge my AC. I could tell they were a class act organization from the first call. I spoke to Roman who was very nice and gave me a quote over the phone on the freon. When Avrie came out the following morning, he explained that the freon would likely only last a day – if that. I knew my 33 year old AC needed to be replaced. I asked him to get me a bid to replace it, but I wanted to change the type of system I had. He quoted a price, and I accepted. After the unit I wanted was delivered and, on the roof, Roman called to tell me I would be better off going a different direction. He was right. They swapped the units with no additional cost to me. They sold me a better unit at the same price. Roman and Avrie worked hard to get the unit installed as quickly as possible. I had no hesitations leaving them with access to my home while I was working. The unit was installed about 3 months ago and I am so happy with the new system. My electric usage is half of what it was for the same months last year. After researching the system, I have now, I am aware of what a great deal I received from Serranos. I will never call another company to work on my HVAC system. This company and the employees are truly amazing, honest, hard working and extremely nice to work with. This organization truly takes pride in their work and the service they provide to their customers. Thank you Serranos, you’re tops in my book!

I can't say enough good things about the owner and his crew. Professional, courteous, kind, understanding, generous, selflessness, outstanding gentleman. I have never felt more faith and trust in any company or their repairmen than I do with Roman and his crew. They have always answered the call and saved us from this Arizona heat. Not only us, but my mother as well. They installed a whole new system for her and have kept up with it to make sure it works correctly. Such good people. The guys came out to help with my mini split. I somehow got a crack in the condensate collection tray inside the unit. Unit still works fine, just leaks condensate water out the bottom into the house…so…
They removed the cover of the unit and loosened one side to get full access to the condensate tray and the crack. Will use G-Flex 650 liquid epoxy “specifically” with a flex tube applicator and syringe to apply to the crack in restricted space.
Then, after water test, put it back together. The guys were on time, polite, clean, patient and efficient with their time. I recommend. I attached a picture of the crack they discovered. Just the little extra time they took to get into the unit for more discovery paid off.

Need to replace my mini-split and was able to get a TEP rebate plus a very reasonable price. Family owned business. Professional, friendly and understood the product needed. I Highly recommend Serrano's!! Roman and Noe' did a fabulous job with installation. Very friendly and timely and knowledgeable!!

Our 20 year old water heater was just not cutting it anymore. Kevin and Daryl showed up exactly when they said they would. The job Advantage Air Mechanical did was fantastic, even though the job turned out to be much more extensive then anyone could have imagined. The previous owner of my house did many of the repairs and remodels. He vented the water heater right into the roof, not through the roof. Luckily no one in our family became sick or died from carbon monoxide poisoning. Kevin and his guys saw the problem, fixed the problem professionally and without any major delay. The extra charge for so much more than what the original job called for was more than reasonable. Advantage Air has earned another loyal customer.

James came out to service our Carrier A/C unit which was originally installed by Advantage Air Mechanical. James is excellent at explaining the details of our AC/heater system and how we, as owners, can be proactive and get the the best performance out of that system. We especially appreciate his insight on what to do with the old swamp cooler attached to our system. I highly recommend James and Advantage Air Mechanical for your residential A/C and heating needs.

My home warranty company hired these guys to come check out some problems we were having with our swamp cooler. Don was the tech who came out and he showed up on time and was able to fix the problem right away and also gave me some information about how to properly maintain my cooler. Good customer service and a good tech.

I have always counted on their team to properly diagnose and fix the issue. And they don’t jump to the conclusion of replacing your AC like some other companies. They are always on time and courteous. Highly recommend as that first call that you will go back to after making the second call to someone else!

Wow. Same day service in June in Tucson just DOES NOT HAPPEN! From Betty who answered the call to Darrell and Zack - the techs who came out- everything was professional and friendly! They explained everything in layman's terms and even had the part on the truck!!! On a day that is rapidly approaching 108 as I write this, I can't say enough how impressed I am. Amazing!
