Frank and Frank Jr installed my new furnace and air conditioner. What a job! They both treated me like their own family member, answering all my questions and showing me how things work. I felt very safe with them and trusted they were treating me not only fairly but with kindness and respect. I have an older home so, when the old equipment was removed, we found the floor needed to be rebuilt. They didn’t hesitate to take care of that too. I highly recommend them!

I had the pleasure of working with Frank' Cooling and Heating recently, and I couldn’t be more impressed by their service. Our furnace, which was well past its prime, had stopped working, and replacing it was simply not an option financially.

From the moment Frank arrived, he was incredibly friendly and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly so I could understand what needed to be done. What really stood out was his honesty—rather than pushing for a costly replacement, he worked his magic on our ancient furnace and got it up and running again. The level of care and expertise he brought to the job made me feel confident that I was in good hands.

Frank and Frank Jr certainly know what they’re doing! Our wine 🍷 room had been broken for over a year and they diagnosed the problems and ordered the parts that we needed to fix it!! They replied very quickly to my request for a visit to see the issues that we were having!! They’re both so polite and friendly and we felt comfortable hiring them to do the job. They’re very busy so it was understandable that a few times they couldn’t get back to us immediately. Once they diagnosed the problem (which was also on the roof) in addition to being in the wine 🍷 room itself they took some parts back with them to their shop to completely repair or replace some defective parts. They gave us a very fair price- with a big discount for the job. I couldn’t recommend them more highly for your A/C and refrigeration needs!! Call them— you won’t be disappointed!!!

Got a “ free” HVAC inspection done by Little Hero’s HVAC. Was told we had a Freon leak a probably had to replace out whole HVAC system. $10K - 15L. This after we replaced our outside condenser unit with them 3 years ago. Frank came out and inspected our system and lo and behold our Freon was fine, no leak however he did found a natural gas leak which could have been catastrophic. He fixed the leak. A 10k plus repair turned into a $150 fix. WOW! 2 lessons. #1 get a second opinion and #2 call Frank. Honest, reliable and a good send. Thank you for being a great human being in a world of dishonest people!
