Franks cooling and heating LLC was just amazing. Frank went above and beyond my expectations. Very polite answered all my questions and went into detail to explain to me what he was doing. I will use them from now on. Didn't try to upsell me anything very down to earth and a humble person.

Frank’s came highly recommended on Reddit, so I figured I’d give them a shot—real reviews from real people. What could go wrong? They showed up the same afternoon, earlier than expected but not without notice. Frank’s son was polite, professional, and actually educated us about our AC system and answered all of our stupid questions instead of just rushing through it. They even gave us a discount. Fast, fair, and solid service—not something you see often anymore. If I ever have another HVAC issue, I’m calling Frank's Cooling and Heating!

This Company is the absolutel only one that I will use the rest of my life. I've been in an air conditioned home for 25 years, and have had nothing but trouble. Finally I got Frank's cooling and heating. Others could not ever figure out the problems. Frank and son always go to school to learn more each year. They got me through a year with the AC I had and then we decided to put a new one on from FRANK. There honestly and caring like you are there family is beyond comparison. This is the most amazing company I have ever encountered in over three years. The response time was one hour. The service technician FRANK was so knowledgeable and kind you knew from the beginning that he was gonna do a good job and that he was a good person at heart he left us with a fully working air conditioner and we are seniors and we also take care of someone who is not mobile. FRANK helped tremendously. Our first experience with our Home Warranty went well because they sent Frank’s Cooling and Heating. What a positive experience! Frank was nothing but honest with us. Frank Jr fixed our AC. He came out next morning after we called when our AC went out, and replaced our motor, ran tests, warrantied his labor and brought us the manufacturer's warranty for the new motor. Very helpful and professional. And now our house isn't hot anymore! Thank you Frank!

Amazing service and more importantly, clear and honest communication! These guys are very flexible and helped me with evacuating and recharging my mini split unit for my studio. Prices are honest and fair! Outstanding work and will be certainly doing business with them again!

On Monday my AC went out, and I gave Frank “the AC guy” a call. Frank Sr. took the time to clearly explain the pricing, which was a big deal because when I called around to other places, they didn’t really explain much.

I remembered Frank, from high school and gave him a call too. when he showed up wear frank the guy shirt, i just talk to your Dad. Frank Jr. was awesome—he walked me through the different units available and came out on Thursday to check my system. He measured the house, looked at the heater space, and even discussed financing options. That same day, he ordered the unit and scheduled the installation for Friday morning.

When I showed up Friday morning, Frank Sr., Frank Jr., and Tony were already hard at work on the condenser. These three guys worked like a well-oiled machine, and in about six hours they had everything installed. My AC has been running perfectly since, and I couldn’t be happier.

If you’re looking for honest, hardworking, and knowledgeable people who actually care about doing the job right, I highly recommend Frank and his team!

Frank and Frank Jr recently replaced one of my AC units. I have known Frank Sr for many years and he is awesome and very experience when it comes to AC replacement or repairs. Very professional, on time for appraisal and the dem eventual installation. We appreciated the fact that they used floor coverings w/o having to be asked.

I was very impressed when they had a suggestion to look at our existing system to try to tweak it , rather put in a new system.

Their price was lower than the two other quotes we had received, but the final result showed no corner cutting. The system/install looks great and works amazing.
