This is the BEST Heating and Air conditioning company in AZ. The techs don’t work on commissions, they’re very knowledgeable, show up on time, and always follow up. I used this company for years when I was in Real Estate for home inspections and repairs, and now use them for my own personal home. I cannot speak highly enough about Armando, Celia and Al!!

Maxwell (Max) did an outstanding job on my tune-up plus add on service to clean the outdoor coils. I think what stands out is he is classroom trained on cooling and very friendly. He was OK with me hanging out and learning about my HVAC. Honestly, it was a lot of fun. Professional van, work clothes, business card, invoice. Platinum is killing it (do people say that anymore). I am very pleased with myself for finding them because I called 4-6 other companies looking for "maintenance" vs the $29 check and then "I found something" that will surprise, surprise cost you hundreds. Platinum was the only one who legitimately charged you a fee for service. Thank you.
PS You will also love Alfonso (Al), he is fun and casual to talk with and is actually a scheduler who has worked on HVAC's. But he's tough...I couldn't get him to swing me a deal on indoor coil cleaning, but hey it takes 2 hrs. Anyway, call Al and ask for Max!

The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with respect. They kept the work area clean and made sure everything was working properly before they left.

I've been using Platinum AC for just over a year now and very happy with their service and support. They came to our rescue last year when the HVAC went out. They did the same recently as well when the heat wasn't going on. Manny Lagarda has been our dedicated service person and knows our system very well. They aren't the cheapest around, but they're fair. I opted again for their annual maintenance contract which entitles the subscriber to 2 check ups per year, free filter during check up and 30% off parts and labor. Most recently Manny replaced our new Nest thermostat because it wasn't compatible with our HVAC. He put the old thermostat back and everything appears to be fine now.

I love this company. I have been using them since 2023. They are prompt, reliable, friendly and very thorough. I have their maintenance plan which includes a furnace check in the fall/winter and the air conditioning check in the spring/summer. It’s a great deal. Plus a discount on parts. I won’t use anyone else. They are the best!
