Amazing family business! They made fixing our AC so easy. Our guy Trent was great at his job and very personable.

My a/c was cycling on an off and not cooling properly. Justin came out the next day. He quickly identified the problem. Justin and his son were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend AC Pro.

Jason and Trent made an emergency troubleshooting call regarding my A/C as it was in the start of summer. They inspected my issue with my A/C unit and gave me different options, their professional recommendation to repair my unit. They kept me informed of status of my new unit and arrived at my house on time. They installed the unit that day and had my old unit removed for me. My unit has been working great since installed. Jason is always great to work with and honest and upfront on things. He arrived early to the job and then identified and fixed promptly our broken fan on our old ac unit. He also completed it quickly before family was to come into town for the weekend!

My problem occurred on a Friday. Jason made sure to fit me in before the weekend, found the issue and placed a part on order for us. He then came back on a short notice request the following Monday as the situation had gotten worse over the weekend. He offered me and my family a portable ac unit to help get us by until the part came in to repair our unit. He was spot on with his diagnosis and my house is back to normal. Great service at a great price. Highly recommended and will be using his services again in the future.
