He showed up on time very nice person. Evaluated the problem fixed my air conditioner. It's been working great every since. Real nice guy.

Came the same day and got my A/C up and running! Amazing work! Very honest and has the best prices in town.

Showed when at time given, found the problem right away, replaced a wore out thermostat. Time on site just over 30 minutes. I highly recomment.

Truly the best AC guy I've ever had help me. He found the problem, fixed it, and even explained to me what happened and why. Helped me move my things out of the way so he could work, and even helped me put them back. All while being super nice and clear about what was going on. Bonus points for being quick to respond.

Once again Watson comes through! My AC quit in the middle of the night. I called Watson the next morning and it was fixed by noon. I cant ask for better service then that. Talked to Frank and Marie, both very polite, and then Andrew came out and fixed it. He was very helpful and explained everything. Watson has always been very honest and fair and I will always recommend them.

Of course on the coldest day of the year my heater goes out. I contacted Watson at 8:00 am and they arrived at 10:00 am. Andrew and John were fantastic. Their customer service was impeccable! They not only provided my service today but will provide my service always. I highly recommend Watson. They are a perfect example of a great quality family owned business!
