Prompt and great service. I'm very impressed with the detailed diagnosis, including pictures of the problem. My new coils were installed today. A+ company, I highly recommend them.

I had company coming in staying in our guest house. The morning they were to arrive the air wasn't working. I called and even though I never used their service before Brian came out within an hour and got it working in time. He was so friendly and professional and I will always call him when I need service again.

Fine HVAC contractor!! The technicians are amazing and honest as to what needs to be done to a unit. They will give you a complete explanation of your issue and answer.all questions asked. They think outside the box and will guide the homeowner to be more proactive.

Daniel was wonderful as usual. He is polite, capable and very helpful. Due to an update to the WiFi connection app it was now non- functional. He remedied the situation in no time. I had guests when they showed up so I only interacted with Daniel and didn’t really meet the tech who came with him.
The appointment was a very positive experience!

Our A/C unit would not come on so called Bryon for maintenance or repair. He arrived right on time and was very professional. My unit is 22 years old. He found the problem, which is not repairable due to the age of the unit, but he was able to get it running so we'll have some cooling for awhile. The price for today's service was very reasonable. He measured the house so he can do a heat load assessment and will be sending some replacement options and costs. I would not hesitate to recommend Bryan and AIR, LLC.

Update 1: We got several estimates for a new AC/furnace and decided to go with AIR. Bryan and Daniel did the installation and it was a really smooth experience. We are very happy with the American Standard unit and the installation.

Update 2: We started up the furnace but it wasn't heating the house. I texted Bryan last night and he had Daniel here at 9:30 this morning! Turned out that I hadn't done it correctly, so Daniel had us up and running in no time. Amazing service!!!

Update 3: We called for an annual service checkup and Bryan got us scheduled right away. Daniel was right on time, and everything checked out. Great service continues!

Air Conditioning Installing and Repair responded quickly with an appointment. Daniel was on time, was MOST considerate of owner's limitations due to health, very polite, got right to work, efficiently diagnosed the problem and gave owner an estimate of repair costs to approve before proceeding. He quickly did the work which he reported back to owner cost much less than it might have due to in-the-wall hoses being braised and not likely to leak. (What a great business: they are admirably honest.) In addition, Daniel pointed out disintegrating insulation and the option of precautionary protection of the hoses to prolong their life WITHOUT any pressure to schedule that additional work. This is a wonderful business that just earned a new customer for life.

Daniel came today to check for a potential gas leak and serviced all 3 of our AC’s for the winter check-up. Very fair price and Daniel is a kind, honest and knowledgeable person.

This is the second installation of two HVAC units that A.I.R. has completed for us at our home since we moved here almost 20 years ago. They have serviced our previous units faithfully each spring and fall, and there were never any serious problems at all! Expert and personable, Bryan and Daniel are great people to deal with!

Would highly recommend AIR to anyone looking for repair/installation in the Tucson area. They did excellent work and price was way cheaper than several other companies for a new HVAC system.

I recently purchased a condo with an indoor HVAC system—condensation from the air conditioner was overflowing into the laundry room. Daniel was quick to resolve the issue by unclogging the drain. He also adjusted the drain for easier maintenance. Now, when I need service on my HVAC unit, I know where to go.

Brian and his guys at AIR have been great and have repaired several of our ACs and replaced several units. They are a very organizef bunch and I would highly recomend them to anyone.
