I have never used this service but was flipped off by one of their representatives for simply looking at them. They were driving aggressively and upon exiting the interstate, they used profanity to show their displeasure in my presence. I hope their services are more professional than this angry representative.

Service tech Juan F. did an amazing job installing my new compressor. He cleaned the AC and put my new filter in for me. He was very informative, polite and answered all my questions! He cleaned up after himself informed me of everything that he was doing. Thank you for having techs like him!!

A great experience. My home warranty company referred this company to work on my AC and they did not disappoint. Adrian and Gabriel were courteous and very professional. They told me what the problem was and it was fixed and they recommended a check up and they did a deep clean on the unit outside in the baking heat. Went through home warranty American home shield who has been great, however this company had taken 7 days to even come back out to fix the issue with a back ordered part that the warranty company said they had plenty in stock. Ask your home warranty for a different company that can have things done in a swift and professional manner. Their negligent in their work as they advised me the workers neglected to do things correctly resulting in more damage. American home shield has been advised as they are also not happy either with the way this company handled this situation for a simple fix. As per other 1 star reviews with tech Adrian it was the same treatment knowing they messed up and admitting to it and then turning to damage control passing blame back to consumer immediately.
