The service technicians Adrian, Gabe, and Juan are excellent. I’ve worked with them several times and they are always really good guys and excellent at what they do. They’ve helped me out of some bad situations. I have a little bit of an unusual wiring situation in my house and they really helped figure it out.

​I recently had an issue with my air conditioning unit, and after a quick diagnosis, it was determined that the compressor needed to be replaced. I was not looking forward to this major repair, but the team at Smart Choice made the entire process as painless as possible.

​From the moment I called, their staff was friendly and professional (Erica). The technician (Winston) who came to my home was knowledgeable and quickly pinpointed the problem. He explained the situation clearly and provided a fair estimate without any pressure.

On the day of the service, he arrived on time, was incredibly efficient, and took great care to protect my home while working. The new compressor was installed perfectly, and my AC unit is now working better than ever. The difference in performance is night and day!
​I am so grateful for their exceptional service and highly recommend them for any AC needs. They are a trustworthy and reliable company that genuinely cares about their customers.

Adrienne, and Lamberto came out and itemized every thing for me. Parts, maintenance. They were both exceptionally respectful and went into detail what i needed done.

I was referred by my family member to give Smart Choice a try. I have to say I had a great experience, from start to finish!!! If you need quick and friendly service, give them a call!!! They quickly had my air up and running, which is definitely important in this heat!!! I highly recommend them!!!

They came for my winter maintenance. They were super helpful and professional, pointed out a problem for my Water Heater, that I was able to address.
I really appreciate their expertise to identify a safety hazard that was caused by my roofer. Knocking the flu for the gas water heater into the house. Releasing carbon monoxide into the house.
Because they were able to identify the problem. I was able to resolve the issue
I want to thank them for going above and beyond. Not just looking at the parts that they came to service. But just noticing that there was additional issues for me to be aware of I really appreciate them. Thank you again so much.

Its taken me over a month to sit down and write this review, I rarely leave reviews but knew I had to share my families experience. Jeanette and Angel were absolute gems, during an incredibly stressful time. We had an issue w/not only our AC but a prev company who came out to take a look. We were blessed to find Smart Choice service 1 of our units that had a leak. In the peak of summer with a disabled family member with serious health issues our Ac decided to stop working. Smart Choice came through and diagnosed the issue and even submitted docs for our home warranty company so they would help cover costs. In the day and age were profit is more important than customer service this company and team was incredible. They communicated and serviced our system quickly and efficiently. Home repairs can be so stressful and always seem to happen at the worst time having a company you can trust like Smart Choice truly felt heaven sent. When we are ready to upgrade our systems we will be back!

Chris and Adrian provide a great service more than I could ask for my AC and plumbing

I recently had services provided by Smart Choice heating and cooling. I was very impressed with the whole experience. The customer service was phenomenal. Literally from the start to finish I was very pleased. The receptionist was very nice,thorough and patient with my tons of questions. The service tech was very knowledgeable and had my AC up and running in no time. Prices are reasonable and worth every penny.
I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning for any future services needed!

I just wanted to say Steven and Juan just left my house and made sure my heat was working correctly. We also asked for an estimate on replacing our evaporative cooler for an air-conditioning unit. They were amazing, wonderful very respectful. They were very informative and knew what they were doing and I so appreciate them. Smart choice with these two gentlemen is the way to go.

Great Service, repair team Angle & Marcus arrived on time as scheduled, were professional, courteous. After a short discussion of our HVAC concerns they went
to work right away., trouble shooting our issue. After a short time they provided a full explanation of problems found and repaired our system. They answered all questions and provided a full report on the conditions found including some photos to document findings.

I am very pleased with Smart Choice. I have been using them for a few years for my preventative maintenance on my AC/Heating unit. I had Adam and Steven come out today. They were both professional and knowledgeable about my unit and what needed to be done so I have heat this winter. They found a gas valve which was defective. It worked at first. But thanks to them for rechecking it before they left and it wouldn't work and now I can have it replaced before winter. I am so grateful they found this and it will be fixed. They stayed with me while I called my home warranty and we set up a new work order to have this valve replaced. I think they both deserve a raise and kudos!!!! Thanks again for sending these two out today. I will use Smart Choice as my regular company with full assurance of their expertise. I just pay a service fee for my home warranty when they come out 2x a year.

Smart Choice installed 3 Bosch mini-splits for me and I couldn't be happier. The installers were courteous, fast and knowledgeable. Adrian & Jeannie helped me through the entire process of product selection and financing choices. Their quote was 3/4 less than the quote I got from another company for a lesser product. Definitely the business to go with for your heating and cooling needs- 100%.

smart choice team did an amazing job installing my heating and cooling, starting from Mike, Juan, Gabriel, and Adrian, they followed up and fine tuned my system to correct static pressure to my home , no other company would have done that thank you smart choice team as I am pleased with whole experience

Smart choice is a phenomenal company! I got a new bath tub from them and it is absolutely stunning! Customer service was great and technicians were fast and efficient! Will definitely recommend smart choice to all my family and friends! Best company there is!

Had to give Wildcat another shout-out. It's been a year on my new heat pumps that Matt and Danny installed. They are working great! Luke has been out a couple times to check them and replace the filters. Always a pleasant experience. A+ company.

I don’t typically like to write reviews but I am actually doing this in the hope that it can help others to think twice before choosing this company, especially when it comes to a maintenance service contract. Being a loyal business customer for more than 5 years with the company and when we needed them most they were very unprofessional and unhelpful. Very disappointed in the way they treat their customers, they are either too busy to take care of us or they simply don’t care. They totally lost us as a customer for good.

Devin did a great job, he was professional, friendly and fair!! We didn't have to wait days for service, AZ heat and a broke down AC is the worst. Devin showed up quickly and had cold air flowing and was gone in under two hours. Great job and great service. Thank you!

I highly recommend Wildcat Heating and Cooling as the place to go when you need a new, good quality air conditioner! Matthew and Terrance were the installers and they were friendly, professional, timely and above all got my new A/C up and running perfectly! I also worked with the manager and he was terriffic as well. The new A/C is great and the customer service and pricing would be hard to beat, plus they are locally owned!
