My two furnaces had stopped heating. The repairman arrived on time. He went into my attic to check out the furnaces. Supposedly there was something wrong with the electrical switch in the furnace. From the moment the repairman arrived and found out the furnaces were 22 years old, I felt he was mostly interested in selling two new furnaces and ac units. He was not interested in repairing the furnaces. He wanted about $12,000 for new furnaces and ac. He told me the switches could fail again. So....one month later, one of my furnaces failed. I called a different company who also went into the attic. They found out that the problem was the old analog thermostats. They were also 22 years old and was not working properly. I replaced both thermostats with digital ones for a very reasonable price. They told me that both furnaces were working fine. This is a common problem with heating/cooling companies. They just want to sell the high profit furnaces/ac units. I will never recommend Wildcat Heating.

Awesome! Luke arrived within timeslot and determined repair action within 10 minutes. Luke had my system producing cold air in under an hour, and for a fraction of the cost I was expecting to pay. I recommend Wildcat heating and cooling. Great job Luke!

I was very impressed with Wildcat Heating and Cooling services. I had Luke come out and he was 10 minutes early and very cordial and professional. I asked him to check and make sure everything is running functionally and I feel that he went above and beyond expectations I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family bar none.

Had new AC installed for our mom from this company! Continue to use them for all checkups and repairs!! They are so professional and kind to my elderly mother!! Devin is always so very nice to deal with!! So is Shelly at the front office.

I called a few 24/7 AC repair places when it quit working on a hot Sat evening, wildcat got back to me promptly and had Matt out to my house within an hour. He fixed the problem and had the AC running again in 45 min. The other place that called me back couldn't send anyone out until the following afternoon, and their emergency service charge was $75 more. Matt was professional and explained the problem, as well as checking to make sure things were running before he left. I will use them if I ever have another problem, and highly recommend them.

Luke was amazing! Highly recommended! He came out Monday after my AC breaking over the weekend and stayed 3 hours to diagnose the problem. Tuesday he came back to install the part and found he came with the wrong part on accident. He still hooked it up so the fan would run for air then came back AGAIN Wednesday to re-install the correct part! Phenomenal service and would definitely call again for future issues. A++ service!

Service manager Devin was awesome at listening to what I needed done, he immediately scheduled a technician to come right out and work on the unit at unaffordable price. The Technician Andrew, was communicative and thorough in his workmanship and explained everything he did. Passing their number on to my friends to let them know i found a good company!!! Carlos was polite and personable. He worked efficiently and explained what he was doing and what needed to be done in the future. I asked him to send an invoice with my intention of paying on line but apparently I have to send a check - A minor inconvenience.

Was having problem with my a/c unit and made the call, they had Luke come out within 2 hours. Not only was Luke kind and professional but the job was done within a hour and everything is fixed. I am proud to say that I signed up for a maintenance plan for the next two years with them. Thank you for the professional service!

Walk away. We paid for following maintenance service in advance. They did not show up on their appointment date. We received a message 45 minutes after appointment window confirming our filter size.We emailed our filter size to them days before, called them 3 times the day before the appointment wherein the phone immediately put us on hold each time. We waited on hold each time for 5 minutes then hung up. We sent them an email after they missed the appointment. We called the following Monday and were told by the lady who answered the phone that it was our fault the tech didn't show up because we didn't answer the phone. We were told "too bad" when we asked for a refund.
Read the other reviews. This company is a joke and they are thieves. Call any other HVAC company.

Devon installed our A/C unit 6+ years ago and did a wonderful job. He was very professional and courteous, not to mention hard working. We had to have our unit serviced for a faulty part and it happened to be covered in the warranty. He came out replaced it and checked everything over right away. We will continue to be customers.

Luke was extremely professional and helpful over the phone since I could not physically be there. He knew about issues with this particular unit and his knowledge and willingness to work with us from a distance was extremely impressive. I was referred to this company by a realtor in Tucson and they Wildcat definitely deserves 5 stars!

Great reliable company. Purchased my Trane rooftop A/C Heatpump & they installed it in January. It's been working great since then. Had my 1st of 4 free 6 month maintenance checkups today by well qualified technician Luke and assistant. I have no problem recommending Wildcat heating and cooling to anyone who needs Service or a complete new unit! THANKS!!!!

This was the most amazing experience I have ever Had with an HVAC company. TLDR: Call them now!
I initially called them because our AC had gone out. Before calling them I had tested several electrical components voltages and knew something was wrong. (I know just enough about HVAC to make me dangerous) I had replaced some main fuses and was testing some other aspects of the electrical system. but when that didn't work I knew it was time to call the professionals. when I saw their van on their website I knew they must support other local graphic design businesses so I called them. They had sent Devon out, when he got to our house he was the pillar of professionalism, As I was talking to him as he was diagnosing my air conditioning system I learned about his 20 years experience in the HVAC trade and before I knew it he was finished with the repair.
Overall we had spend less than half a day with our AC system down.
If you are looking for your next AC person. Call Wildcat!

I would highly recommend Wildcat Heating and Cooling to anyone, and I will contact them again for any of my repair needs. Luke was the technician that helped me. I called the office number, and they picked up right away, even on a weekend. Luke came out to help fix the issue multiple times. Once, I called the office right before 5:00, and he came 20 minutes later and helped me fix it before I had to go to work at 6:00.
Having an air conditioning break down in the hot Tucson summer is stressful for anyone, but I was extremely reassured by the service and highly recommend this company to anyone. My a/c is working great now!

Our AC went out in a rental home. Luke came out at 11:30 pm and temporarily fixed the unit until the new AC arrived. We were in a bind and needed the AC to be fixed as soon as possible so we could get our renters back in the rental house. Luke made a couple calls that night and arranged an installation day two days later on a Saturday. We were very impressed with their professionalism and understanding of our situation. The next day we received a call from them and they had a cancellation on Friday, the day before the scheduled installation, so we got the renters back a day early which saved us money. I would recommend this company to anyone needing an honest HVAC company.

We had wildcat come out after we got a high quote from D&H about parts that needed replaced after our tune-up. Luke was very nice and told us that all our parts where within spec and didn’t need to change them out. So glad we got that second opinion, saving us over $600. Definitely will call Wildcat Heating & Cooling for maintenance and service from now on.

I've been using Wildcat Heating and Cooling for years. They have always come out same day, even when our old a/c broke at night. Devin and all of his techs have been knowledgeable, patient and through. I've been a home owner in AZ for 20 years and dealt with several a/c companies, they are by far the best. When it was time to upgrade, they helped us compare different units and were not pressing us to buy the most expensive. The system we chose decreased our electric bills by $200 each month in the summer and my house stays cooler.

Jacob was a very knowledgeable and friendly tech. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got me up and running in no time. After he was done I received a very thorough diagnostic report for my whole system; amazing. What a great added service from Wildcat!

Devin and Matt and the rest of the crew, were great when our whole system had to be replaced. It started from the very beginning with Devin calling within 15 minutes of me requesting an appointment. Matt, after checking our system was very articulate in the explanation of the options we had available to us. He took the time to explain and answer all questions I had. Even with a minor scheduling snafu, this company pulled through with flying colors. Communication and Customer Service receive gold stars. Devin and Matt were truly amazing, I would recommend them to any and all that have any kind of heating and cooling problem. They even installed and explained our NEST Thermostat! Plus we got a great deal on a maintenance package. Thanks again!!!
