B&J kept our old system running smoothly for years. When it finally gave out, Lawrence met with us to discuss replacement options and answer all of our questions. When we called with follow-up questions, he answered immediately. Adam and Martin installed the new system. They arrived on time, kept the noise and disruption to an absolute minimum (much appreciated, because I was working from home), and then walked us through using the new system. We love it! Very quiet and comfortable. I am grateful for their responsiveness and good work.

Josh did an excellent job. He was friendly. He explained everything that he was proposing to do. He took enough time to make sure it was thoroughly cleaned and working up to code.

I am not one to normally write a review, in fact this is my first review ever. We recently had to have a new A/C unit installed. B & J Refrigeration was recommended to me by a friend who was very pleased with there service. They did not disappoint. This was by far the most pleasurable and easy experience that I have had with the trade services. Lawrence whom did the estimates was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Tony and Adam were in charge of the install and they went above and beyond to make sure the unit was installed to achieve its maximum efficiency. They were not only concerned about the performance of the unit but also the aesthetics of the unit, they truly worked there @$$'$
off so that we would have the best end product. Thank you and I would definitely recommend this company.

B&J sold us a mini-split system for our garage. Lawrence, the sales guy, was did a great job determining the proper size unit, working the through the HOA process, and the best installation process (For example, getting electrical from one side of the house to the other side through the attic). Vanessa worked the permit process, timely provision of proof of insurance, and scheduling the job. She was a treat to work with. The installation guys did a neat, clean install. The install guys worked through the HOA rules (placement of the unit, pipes on the inside walls not on the outside, and more). Probably won't need another mini-split system for a while but B&J will get first shot on any other HVAC needs we might have.

i'm naturally a cautious and suspicious customer with any business , i have history with working with B &J through the residential group home i work for, B&J technicians have always been thorough and trustworthy, so impressed that i chose to have them service my AC at home.
Josh was super friendly and professsional and got our unit running great. I like how he listened to my concerns and showed before and after pictures and described everything that needed to be done. Great work

I manage an Airbnb and the pool heater stopped working—our pool tech recommended an HVAC company and it took forever to find one that works with pool heaters and one that could get us on the schedule quickly. Melissa was helpful on the phone with scheduling and Nick knew what he was doing and got our problem fixed for a fair price. I look forward to using them again for future needs!

B & J replaced our AC unit earlier this year (2022), and we're more than happy with the results. I had ten different companies come out for estimates, and B & J stood out compared to the rest. They weren't the lowest price, but they instilled the most confidence out of any other company. Lawrence, the salesman and a tenured employee (I think he said he'd been with the company for around 20 years), even came back to take another look at our set-up (an older house with small intake vent) bringing Shawn (the owner) with him. Together, they came up with a solution to run an additional intake vent out of our laundry room.

After a short delay waiting for parts (a few weeks), Tony and Martin came out and installed the new system in about a day and a half. They we're very professional, super-thorough, and really nice, hard-working guys. Tony, especially awesome (and also a 15+ year employee), worked with me to adjust the new thermostat, the system fan, and even came out to check on the unit on his day off, a few days later, after I had a question about how it was cooling. Turns out, a wire was loose, which he diagnosed and fixed right away.

From the receptionist who picked up (always on the first or second ring), to the the salesman, the installers/techs, and to the owner, I've felt great with the decision to go with B & J for our new home AC. I highly recommend them for any AC services needed.

B & J repaired our commercial reach in fridge quickly and effectively. They were honest with us on pricing, and considerate of the fact that we are a non-profit. Everyone we dealt with at B & J were kind, friendly and professional. We are completely satisfied with the service.

I had my system installed in 2015 by B & J. The owner was here all day w his crew on this install. He ran over details w me . Yesterday ,my a/c stopped blowing cool air. I called them about an hr and half from close, Melissa got me an appointment for today between 3-5p. Technician was here by 3:15p and it is 3:45p and he is finished. Bad capacitor. I have done all the recommended 2x yearly maintenances and had purchased an extended warranty w the install at the owners suggestion the day of install. My bill today is zero.
The last tech here in Feb mentioned that a "c" something may need replaced soon. He was correct apparently. I am super thankful for B & J reliability, kind and knowledgeable techs and the way they follow thru. Will continue with B & J and when this A/C has to be replaced, if they're still the owners, it will be them to replace it again.

We've used B&J for both heating and cooling system installation. We had an emergency cooling issue today and they were able to send technicians out the same day. Hayden and Josh came out and not only were they extremely knowledgeable, they were the absolute nicest workers we've ever encountered. When the issue turned out to be a plumbing issue and outside the scope of their work, they still stayed on site so they could explain to multiple plumbing companies the details of what repairs were needed. I would recommend B&J to anyone, but especially if Hayden and Josh are the technicians assigned to the job! I was blown away with our experience! Thank you both for doing everything you could to try and alleviate our issue!

Outstanding service. Technicians are wonderful. Extremely professional and courteous.They call and let me know they are on their way. Most times ahead of schedule. This is for the regular seasonal tune-up.

When we decided to use B & J, we requested a senior technician to come to our home. Our technician, Red, stood out immediately with his extensive knowledge and personable demeanor.

We are an Assisted Living Community. We use B & J for all of our refrigeration needs in both of our buildings. They are always very responsive to our calls and schedule someone quickly to come out. Today they sent Josh Ingram. Josh is very knowledgeable and explained everything needed for our units. I highly recommend Josh for any refrigeration job you may need.

The installers were great! Right on time, explained how their work would proceed, and got right to work. When they were done, they helped me set up the thermostat correctly and made sure that I knew how to make changes.

We recently had to replace our AquaCal heating unit and these guys were great! They took the time to explain all of our options, were honest and thorough. Nick & Gabe did a great job - will definitely use them again.

Great service on my pool heat pump. Nick was friendly and knowledgeable. He figured out a complex issue, got the part and fixed it in a couple days. Schedulers on the phone were also first rate. Definitely recommended.

Semi annual AC/furnace clean and checkup to ensure everything is working well and avoid potential issues. Loyal customer since this home purchase. We always ask for Joshua I as he has been exceptional and goes above and beyond in every way. Josh is an absolute star! 20/10
